Jess and I have been hanging for awhile now. She is extremely funny and sweet and selfless. She is really quite a person, I've never met anyone like her. Everyday we've texted and talked and tried to hang out one last time before she went back to Australia. I dreaded that day, but it's here. I went to meet at the airport to aay goodbye, she requested that come, I would've went to say bye anyways.

I walked into the airport searching for a beautiful girl and an Australian accent. She wasn't that hard to find. My heart skipped a beat when i saw her. She was next to one of the walls on her phone, she must've just got my text saying I was here. I started smiling as I walked up to her.

"Hey" I gave her a hug.

"Hey" she hugged back.

"I can't believe you're leaving already" I said pulling away.

"I know, me either. Come and visit sometime." She said.

"I want to. Australia sounds lit" I said, that would be amazing.

"Yeah" she laughed, "you use that word a lot"

"What word? Lit?" I asked while smiling. I probably looked like a dork.

"Yeah." She said with a smile.

"I don't really know where I got it, it just was there" I laughed.

"Well, just know you always have a place to stay if you want to visit" she smiled as she put her phone in her pocket.

"Thanks. Maybe one day I'll go. Who knows?" I was still filled with butterflies, I don't even know why, "when do you think you'll visit here again?"

"I'm not sure. But I think its only a few months" she said.

"Awesome." Before I could say anything else I was cut off by someone announcing when flights leave.

"That's me" she said getting her stuff ready.

"I'm really going to miss you" I said as I picked up one of her bags.

"Me too." She said grabbing the bag from my hand.

"You're gonna miss yourself?" I laughed.

"No" she laughed nervously with her hands in her face, "I mean I'll miss you too"

"I'm just teasing" I smiled at her.

"We can Skype" she said.

"Yeah. We can figure out the times so we can talk" I said as we walked.

"Yes. We can pray every night together" she smiled sweetly.

"Sounds like a plan" I really didn't want her to go. I was stalling. I just, never wanted to stop talking to her. There's so much to say and I don't want it to end.

"Bye Gabe" she hugged me.

"Bye Jess. See you soon, hopefully" I said as her head was pressed against my chest. I lightly kissed her head and she pulled away.

"I'll tell you when I land" she said as she walked away.

"Okay. Bye" I said after her.

I lefted the airport feeling really empty. She was gone. Who knows when she'd be back. I already wanted her back. I really like her. As I thought that, my stomach filled with butterflies and I smiled. She is everything I want in a girl. She's absolutely gorgeous, first of all. She's humble, godly, sweet, selfless, wonderful, funny, awesome, gorgeous, did I already mention that? Anyways, she's perfection. The cutest perfection. If I could see myself marrying anybody, it would be her. I don't like feeling empty, she filled that.

I sighed.

She's the one.

I got on the plane and got my carrion in the cabinets above me and I set my bag at my feet. I sat in the seat and stared at the window. At this moment, I felt sad. I didn't want to leave America already. It was beautiful and I loved everything. I really didn't want to leave Gabe either. He always made me laugh. As I told my mum, this is the man I'm marrying. Even though we haven't even started dating officially yet, I missed him very much. I felt alone without him.

I can't wait until I get back to him. I smiled at the thought of meeting him again. I at least wish we weren't so far away. I'm on the other side of the world. He is really quite the man.

I sighed with my arm against the window and my head in my hand. I smiled.
