Sorry for disturbing! I'm not sure if I can do this without the founder's notice(?) so I'm really sorry.
Anyways I just want to say that this account have been really inactive and I'm trying to revive it.
First off! If any of you guys want to leave the group because of some personal reason or your just not satisfied/interested with the group anymore please do tell me immediately so we could recruit new members.

I'm thinking of changing the icon and banner, same goes for the book covers. I'm also thinking of revising(?) the forms for the graphic shops and maybe adding more graphics that can be requested. Reviving the cover contest book and making a cover competition book would be good publicity too. And I'm also thinking of unpublishing a few books.
Neptune [BatmanEvolution] volunteered to do the icon and banner last December. Are you still up to it?? Anyways if your are please sent me the links for the icon and banner before changing it. (On my account please >< OtakuForevz)
As for the Book Covers, I actually like the ones for 'Solar Members', 'Graphic Showcase', 'Face Claim', 'Anime Graphics Shop' and 'Myths and Legends' [DRAFT]. Could you guys tell me who did it?? If you did it please pm me directly on my account or comment here (but pls mention me ><). If we can't find who did it is anyone willing to make new covers? It would be nice if all the covers were made with the same theme...
I was also thinking of publishing a 'Zodiac Signs' Book since its related to stars. It would be like a fortune telling book like all zodiac books. And I was thinking if LEK2003 and another member could do it since she's/he's in charge of stars. Could you?? If you can't I understand... if anyone wants do be in charge in that book comment plsss. There's going to be 2 people in charge here.
For the cover contest book I need 3 people incharge. Those 3 need to host (make contests), collect the entries and give prizes (I'll leave the prizes to you guys). Judging would be held in the app that has the most votes (the thing that I first said ⬆⬆). Judging will just be as simple as each member has to choose for the edit the he/she likes the most. The edit that has the most likes wins.
For the cover competition there would be 50 contestants that would be facing each other. There would be 5 rounds? I guess.
1st round - a normal contest where 10 contestants would be eliminated, which lead us to 40.
2nd round - Those 40 will be grouped into 2 groups. So 20 vs 20, each person would still be making their own cover. The group with the most wins, wins. For example if contestant A loses but his/her group has 16/20 wins while the other group has 14/20 wins, contestant A will still be able to go to the next round but those 14 who won from the other group won't. Get it?
3rd round - 20 contestants left. This 20 will be facing each other in a simple 1vs1 battle. 10 contestants left.
4th round - same thing as round 3. 5 contestants left.
5th round - same thing as round 1 but will determine the winner. 1 contestant left.
I'll be needing 3 people for this. They're incharge of hosting, collecting, judging and giving prizes.
For the 'Graphic Showcase' book 2 person would be enough, I'm not sure how this works so I'm just going to give a form that they'll answer (about their experience) and the 2 members could judge their works, give opinions and advertise them.
Lastly the graphic shops book would be free for everyone to manage. We'll make the requesters choose who they want their request to be done by posting our own examples. And the graphic guide/tips and face claim book will be open for everyone. Anyone could post a guide/png if they feel like posting.
So in summary, we'll need:
