Breath

Do you ever just find yourself laying on your bed
In complete darkness
Anxiously smoothing your hair and face
As you listen to your self breath
Cause your overwhelmed from your own mind, your own life
And it sucks
And you have to remind yourself your alive
You have to remind yourself you want to be alive
You want to be breathing
And you cry or weep or curl up in a ball
And it sucks cause it all sucks
So you breath
And the more you sink into it
The more it sounds like screaming
The more it feels like your whole world
Like your whole world everything important is you breathing
Then you realize
That, that its all that should be your world
That it is the most important thing
And you will be okay
That you just need to keep breathing
And even then you just need to fight
Now breathing is not a just
These are not "just"s these are huge
But you make them small
By how big you make your life seem
You don't need to fall in love with your looks
Or your handwriting or your disorder
Just in this one moment fall in love with breathing
Cause then you fall in love with yourself
