SIRIUS

Sirius needed  a break from work. He was constantly in the phone or in meetings and hadn't slept for 48 hours. It was time for a holiday, somewhere quiet with quiet people he thought. Somewhere far enough away to slow down.

REMUS

Remus sat idly at his laptop behind the counter, waiting for someone to come in and order a coffee. Today was slow. He loved slow days, they meant he could drift off and stare out the window for hours: wondering. He never made enough money on slow days. He would have anxiety over them when he was going to sleep but just for the moment Remus could enjoy the slow. It was cold outside and snow had just begun to fall (A/N hahahaha as if - this is England loll) it was soft fluffy snow. The type that slowed the day down more. It was a good day.

Suddenly someone walked into the cafe. Remus quickly broke free of his trance and looked up. It was just Lily coming to get her morning coffee. She dodged all the tables and leant on the counter across from Remus, pulling out her headphones and kissing his cheek. "The regular please!" She said. "Sooooo" Remus began as he got up and started making Lily's latte, " Any news?"

"Oh my God I completely forgot! I saw someone arriving today. And you'll never guess who it was" Lily exclaimed

"Who?"

"Sirius Black... Ya know, the model"

"Yes Lily, I know who Sirius Black is thank you very much"

"Well you don't seen very excited. Cmon Rem, he's a C E L E B R I T Y" Lily whined "and he's gay" She said after a pause. Remus gave Lily her coffee and she sipped it nonchalantly "Lily Evans, first of all just because he is gay it doesn't mean that I am going to fuck him and second of all you know very well that I don't have time to go chasing after men." He was staring back at his laptop now.

"Um hello?" A small voice said from the entrance of the cafe

The two heads whipped around to see a certain Sirius Black standing in the doorframe clearly having heard Remus' small speech. Remus sighed, smiled a fake smile and welcomed Sirius into the cafe, taking his order. Lily leaned in and whispered into Remus' ear: "see Remmy, he's way hotter in real life." As he turned around to make the coffee he shot a glare in Lily's direction, causing her to giggle. Sirius sat down in one of the arm chairs by the window and stared out at the snow, watching it fall and settle on the white paving outside the cafe. Lily and Remus kept talking. "Ok right admit that he's hot though" Lily prompted,

"Alright fine he's ridiculously hot but that is his job and I still don't want to get in his pants so can we all just calm the fuck down"

"Ok ok but talk to him and then tell me tomorrow how you feel I dare you to feel the same"

"Who's to say that he's not being an annoying pricky celebrity"

"True but I have a feeling about him, plus you can't spend your life single just because of he who must not be named", she got up and walked towards the door.

"Lily, he's not Voldemort you know!" He called after her,

"As good as. He broke you Rem" she glanced sideways towards Sirius, winked at him and left without another word.
