Authors Note: Sorry for making this a three part story it was originally gonna be a two part but since i didn't make them travel in both part 1 or 2 i figured i just make a part 3 where they're really exploring Alola so Ash can become champion.
*Ash and everyone are in front of Kukui's house getting ready to say goodbye to their friends and loved ones*
Ash: Bye mom i'll miss you
Deila: *starts crying* Oh i told myself i wasn't gonna do this but i can help it i love having my son with me.
Ash: Don't worry mom i'll be back when i'm done traveling around Alola.
Delia: *sniffles* i hope so.
Ash: I promise *smiles*
Lillie: Wait!!
Ash: Huh whats wrong Lillie??
Lillie: I wanna go with you guys.
Serena: But Lillie you don't have any Pokemon??
Lillie: Thats ok i have some Pokeballs with me so if i see a Pokemon that i like then i'm gonna catch it.
Kukui: I think i can help a bit.
Lillie: What do you mean Professor??
Kukui: See i need someone to take care of this Pokemon Egg and i think that your the perfect person for this mission.
Lillie: Oh i don't know if i can do this.
Kukui: I trust you Lillie your the only person that can take care of this egg so please take it.
Lillie: *huffs* Ok Professor i'll take it *takes the egg from Kukui and holds it*
Kukui: Thanks Lillie.
Lillie: Your welcome *smiles*
Serena: Well i guess were leaving, ready Ash?? *smiles*
Ash: Yep.
Mallow: Um where do you think your going without me!!
Ash: Oh you wanna come Mallow??
Serena: *mumbles* Oh please kill me.
Lillie: Yay Mallow come with us!
Mallow: Well since Lillie wants me to come i guess i'm coming also i have to watch it in case any girl tries to take my man *looks at Serena*
Serena: *fake smiles* Well i'm glad your coming with us.
Inner Serena: Oh why does she have to come with us!!
Ash: Well is everyone ready?!
Everyone: Yes!
Ash: Ok well lets go, bye guys we'll see you when were done traveling!!
Delia: Be safe everyone!!
Kukui: Bye guys and don't forget to record data with your Rotomdex!
Serena: We won't forget Kukui.
*Ash and everyone start walking to Hau'oli City*
Ash: So what do we do now??
Lillie: Um i wanna go get something to eat i'm hungry.
Serena: Yeah me to, what do u say Ash?? *smiles at him*
Ash: Sure sounds like a plan!
*After 5 minutes everyone comes out of a food court full*
Ash: Wow i'm stuffed *rubs stomach*
Serena: *laughs* Ash your still hilarious
Mallow: Yeah Ash your so funny *looks at Serena angry*
Lillie: Well how are we gonna get to Verdant Cavern??
Mallow: Oh i know we just have to-
Serena: I'll ask the Rotomdex
Lillie: Good idea Serena!
Serena: Thanks Lillie.
*Serena takes out the rotomdex and asks for directions*
Rotomdex: To get to Verdant Cavern just simply walk straight ahead to Route 1 then make a right into route 2 and keep walking till you see a cave across from the Pokemon Center.
Serena: Thanks Rotom.
Rotomdex: Your welcome
*Serena puts her Rotomdex back in her backpack*
Serena: Well looks like we have to go to Route 1 first which is really close.
Ash: Well are you ready guys, once we pass Hau'oli City we officially start our journey.
Lillie: I'm ready.
Mallow: I'm ready whenever your ready *kisses Ash on the cheek*
Serena: I'm ready Ash.
Ash: Well off we goooo!!! *Ash starts running*
Serena: Hey Ash wait for me! *starts running after him*
Lillie: Guys don't leave me *runs as well*
Mallow: I don't wanna be in last place *runs after them*
Authors Note: I am so sorry i had this chapter delayed for a long time i honestly got lazy writing it but i'll make sure not to let that happen again. So their journey has officially started and i can't wait for you all to see what i got in store for this arc, so many things will be happening and it'll have everyone who reads this shook.
