Reunifications And Complications: Ash's first Trial Battle

*Everyone wakes up and is ready to head to Illima's trial*

Ash: Man i'm so excited to be facing Illima in this battle! *throws fist in the air*

Lillie: Um Ash what do you mean face Illima??

Ash: Well i mean face him in a pokemon battle.

Mallow: *giggles* Oh Ash the way we battle in Alola is different than any other region.

Ash: Different how??

Mallow: Well in the Alola region when someone takes on the Trial Captain they have to do a challenge which can mean various things like trivia,hide and seek, popping balloons, and many more. But you don't battle Trial Captains in a pokemon battle.

Ash: Aww i wanted to have an actual battle.

Mallow: I know but i'm sorry to break the news to you, but there is a good news in all of this.

Ash: What would that be?

Mallow: You can have an actual battle with the Island Kahuna once you complete the Trial Captains mission.

Ash: *eyes sparkle with amazement* Wow really!!

Mallow: Yep so if you want that pokemon battle i suggest you complete Illima Trial.

Ash: Ok i will!

Lillie: Looks like were here guys.

*Ash and the gang are now standing in front of Illima's Trial*

Ash: Well Pikachu, are you ready?!

Pilachu: Pika Pi(You bet i am!)

Ash: *laughs* Then lets go!!

*everyone enters Illima's Trial and sees Illima standing in the middle of the cave*

Illima: Well if it isn't Ash,Mallow,Lillie,and Serena.

Lillie: Hi Illima!

Serena: Hello

Illima: Hello ladies did you all enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Serena: Yep it was amazing.

Illima: I'm glad you enjoyed it, now i can only guess that you all aren't here just to talk, especially you Ash.

Ash: I'm here to take on your Trial.

Illima: I like the enthusiastic energy your giving off, those are the type of trainers who will make a positive difference in the world.

Ash: Well with my goal to become Pokemon Master i have to keep up this positive energy.

Illima: *laughs* Oh Ash, you sure know how to get a person pumped, anyways are you teady for your Trial?!

Ash: You bet i am!

Illima: Ok well here is your mission! You must find four alolan rattata's that are hiding in little holes, once you find them you must defeat them in a battle. After thats done you will have to challenge the Totem Pokemon Alolan Raticate which won't be easy since Totem Pokemon's stats increase by double the amount of a normal pokemon.

Ash: Sounds like fun.

Illima: Also once your Trial starts you cannot leave this cave until your trial is complete.

Ash: Ok got it!

Illima: So Ash are you ready??

Ash: Yep!

Illima: Well then let the trial begin!!

*Ash's trial has now started*

Illima: Ladies lets move out the way as for things might get messy and dusty.
