I rub my eyes as I lean against the wall waiting for Camila to change into her daytime clothes. Tapping my fingernails against the wall, I groan loudly enough so Camila can hear it in the restroom. She giggles and opens the door slightly, grinning ear to ear.

"Be patient, Lo." Camila teases me through the crack in the door. "I'm also done."

"You're taking forever," I complain, clutching the clothes Camila picked for me close to my chest. "And if we want to get to the coffee shop before 10, we need to hurry."

"Fine, fine, whatever." Camila obliges, closing the door.

Camila and I woke up around 9 o'clock and decided that we were going to swing by the nearest coffee shop for a drink. I had run downstairs to grab us some breakfast but they didn't have any out, so we just took the alternative— coffee. Although, Camila doesn't enjoy coffee, she likes tea and I know there is some at the shop we plan on going to.

"Alright, alright," Camila says, opening the door completely and stepping out of the bathroom. She wears a green sweater, dark blue jeans, and a large grin. I poke at her side and she giggles, kissing my cheek before jumping onto the bed. "I'm finished."

"Took you long enough, Camz." I roll my eyes playfully, gripping onto the frame of the door while I lean into the restroom.

"It only took me five minutes!" Camila defends herself, causing me to smile faintly at her exclamation.

"That's three minutes too long."

I shut the door before she can reply, but I can still hear her shout through the walls, "I brushed my teeth!". I shake my head at myself, smiling. I slip on the clothes Camila decided for me: a black jersey with the words 'I totally make that touchdown, you just didn't see it because the basketball move too quickly' printed on it, and some light, bleached blue skinny jeans.

Suddenly, I hear the sound of nails rapping on the wood door. I look toward the door, buttoning my jeans up before walking toward it.

"You're taking forever," I hear Camila mocking my past words in a tone much lower than mine or her's. "And if we want to get to—"

I swing the door open, shoving Camila slightly in the side when I walk out of the bathroom. "You're such a dork." I tease, causing Camila to grin widely. She pulls me toward her by my shirt, wrapping her arms around my waist once I was close enough.

"Oh yeah?" Camila cocks an eyebrow at me, giggling slightly when I smile at her. When I don't respond, she adds in her deep mocking voice, "that's three minutes too long."

"Stop," I laugh, pushing Camila gently away. "You sound nothing like me."

"No way," Camila pulling me closer again, giggling as she does so. "I sound exactly like you."

"Whatever floats your boat, babe." I kiss her cheek swiftly before ruffling her hair, making her loosen her grip on me, and run to the other side of the room.

"Oh, I swear, Lo—" the rest of her words get cut off by the sound of a phone ringing. Camila's large grin drops quickly, causing my smile to fade as well. She turns towards our coats, pulling her phone out of her jacket pocket. Her lips morph into a sneer once she reads the screen.

"What do you want?" Camila says, her tone flat like a sidewalk as she talks into the phone. There is a pause before she speaks again. "Mm, sure, yeah, okay, whatever. But, wait, where will I meet you?" Camila leans against the wall, looking down at the ground. "Okay, see you there."

"Who was that?" I ask after Camila put away her phone, walking over to the brunette.

"Austin," Camila tells me, rubbing her temples slowly. "He said that we need to move over to Seattle to steal the emeralds. He also said to meet him tomorrow around 2 in the morning."
