Tristan, knew why he was planning on doing what he was, but he also knew it was a stupid move which would probably have bigger ramifications than anticipated, yet he couldn't stop himself as he kept up casual conversation with the new girl in school, while secretly anticipating just the right moment in which to press her up against the school lockers and lay one on her.

And here it was, the moment of truth as Rory came around the corner of the hallway with Paris, Louise and Madeline, Tristan sprang into action and began a nice heated make out session with his unsuspecting victim. The fact that it was practically right on top of Rory's locker could not be considered a coincidence at all. It was a calculated screw you to the one girl who had screwed with his heart.

Even though Paris was not exactly Rory's friend, she was a girl who understood all too well what it felt like to be rejected by Tristan, and in this moment she felt sorry for Rory. Tristan was without a doubt being a jerk to try and get a rise out of her. Surprisingly, Paris found herself on Rory's side in this situation.

"Don't give him the satisfaction of seeing you upset, it's what he wants," Paris said in a whispered tone to Rory.

Rory, was pretty certain that Paris was right, but it didn't make watching Tristan and his current trashy catch any easier to stomach, still she knew she needed to put on her poker face so she did.

Bravely she walked over to the intertwined couple and cleared her throat.

"Hi..., " she tried but neither Tristan nor his make out partner appeared fazed as he now ran his mouth deliberately up her collarbone to her neck.

Growing more and more uneasy and less and less brave by the minute Rory tried again this time pulling on the back of Tristan's collar to disengage him from the girl's greedy lips.

Tristan finally turned to acknowledge her.

"Oh yeah, sorry didn't see you there, " he said with a smirk.

Rory wanted to just lay into him and tell him exactly what she was thinking, but surprising even herself she remained calm.

"Normally, not a problem, but you and your...person are right on top of my locker and I need to get a book for class, so if you could maybe just scoot down a few feet we'll be golden," Rory said.

It wasn't the reaction Tristan wanted or was expecting which left him a little speechless.

Paris, however, had plenty to say. "She's being nice. I don't have that problem. Take it elsewhere DuGray, like a motel 6 for example. We've all got somewhere to be and you and your flavor of the week are in our way. Got it?

"Too much noise here to concentrate anyway, come on...," Tristan turned to the girl a blank look on his face. Damn he'd either never gotten her name in his haste to seduce her in front of Rory or he'd just plain forgotten it.

"Kennedy," She said filling in the blank and clearly not caring that she had to, she was already deeply in lust with the hot/ sexy boy who'd plucked her out of the crowd of girls she'd been talking to and asked her to walk with him.

Rory stifled her laugh as best she could, it had taken Kennedy two seconds to expose the real truth and it made Rory oddly relieved. Knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was really no one to Tristan but a pawn in the cat and mouse game he was playing.

"Yes, Kennedy...we should go," he said taking her hand in his and quickly escorting her away from the embarrassment of the moment that he'd created for himself. Mentally he kicked himself for not doing better information foreplay with her. Get a name next time DuGray...rookie mistake.
