"Hey jordan?" "Hmm?" When we flew off from Ashley, we found a small abandoned camp site to hide out for the night. Jordan was half asleep. "Do you think we would get caught again?" He didnt answer. "Jordan?" "Hmm? Oh sorry. No i wouldnt let them take you again. If they try, i would have to give them a right rumble!" He tried to do an austrailian accent but his voice was to raspy. I giggle. "You would do that for me?" "Of course." Jordan reaches over and pulls me closer.
'Marie, now that you can use your wings, you and jordan can fight. Ill be sending some more people to fight by your side. Good luck marie. The world is counting on you.' "Wait! You never told me who you are!"
The next morning, i heard my name. "Marie! Wake up! Help!" I open my eyes to see a bunch of people pulling jordan away! "Jordan use your strength!" I could see that he mentally facepalmed himself. "Let go!" He broke free from their grasp. I realized that i was already tied up hanging in a tree. "What the hell? Cant i get a break?!" Jordan flew up and untied me. We both land and we're surrounded. Well sorta. There were five people. A blonde girl that looked about our age, twins one boy one girl, a brunette, and a goth looking boy. The blonde spoke. "Who are you? What are you doing in our forest?" "Relax please we were only staying the night." "You shouldnt have come here. Now your our prisoners."said the twins. "Lily! Billy! Shush!" They looked down. "Thank god you stopped them! The whole twins talking at the same time thing, freaks me out." (Another thing about me thats true.) "Hush!" The blonde walked to jordan.
"How did you fly?" He showed her his wings. Dammit jordan! When i say dont trust anybody, what the hell do you think i mean? She gasps. "Your the one who is spoken of! You! Are you the same?" I wasnt gonna answer, but i was curious on what she was talking about. I sighed. "Yes im kind of the same." I pull out my wings. Now that i think about it, jordans wings were completley different from mine. Mine were white with small brown specks. His were as golden and sparkly as his shoulder leaves. "You must come with us!" Jordan started to follow. "Woah woah woah. How do we know you guys arent gonna kill us or something?"
"Because we are like you." I dont believe them. "Prove it." The blonde walked up to me. "Give me your hand." I did as she said hoping i wouldnt regret this. She closed her eyes for a minute. I looked at jordan with a worried look. He shrugged his shoulders. I look back to see that the blonde was now jordan. "What the fuck?'' She or i guess he smiled. "I can morph into anybody you know." "How? Just by touching them?" "Well, no i just read your thoughts about a person and then boom. Im them." She was back to herself.
"Guys show them your skills." The twins billy and lily walked foward. Lily became water and billy became fire. "Sweet." I hold out both hands, one with a fire ball, and the other a water drop. The goth looking kid went next. "What can you do?" He glared at me. Suddenly, he lifted his hand. One moment it was empty, the next it had my necklace. "How did you..." He smiled and it dissapeared. "Where did it go?" He pointed at me. It was back on my neck. "Woah." "Thats finn. He doesnt talk much. He's also so fast, that it looks as if he didnt move." Finally, the brunette walked up. "So what can you do?" She looked at me shyly. "Im sorry for doing this." "Huh?" She blew weird glitter like stuff in my face.
"Hey! Was that nessecery?" They were gone. "Great. Jordan lets just leave." But Jordan was gone, too. "What the?" I walk around the woods seaeching for Jordan or those kids. "Hello?" I felt someone poke me and a giggle. "Who did that?" The giggles were louder. I turned around again, and again. I couldnt see anyone.
"Stop laughing at me!" Suddenly children from the orphanage surrounded me. They pointed and laughed. "I said stop!" I was terrified. The children wouldnt stop. After a while, they started chanting, "kill him! Hes a freak! Dont forget her!" I see the kids stabbing a body.
"Hey! What the fuck?" The body they were stabbing was Jordan. I screamed and fell to the ground.
Jordan's p.o.v
I watched as marie dusted herself off. "Hey! Was that nessecery?" She looked up. She looked confused. "Marie are you ok?" "Great. Jordan lets just leave." "Alright, but what about the others?" "What the? Hello?" She walked around us. "Um marie?" The twins giggle. "Stop laughing at me!" I felt fear and confusion. "Whats wrong with her?" Everyone just smiles except the brunette.
Suddenly Marie screams and falls to the ground. I had these feelings of panic and horror. She bursted into flames. The weird thing was the coat she was wearing wasnt burning. I did the unthinkable, and ran to her side, holding her close.
"What the hell! Make this stop!" The brunette jumped a little and quickly ran to her, blowing more of that glitter stuff.
Your p.o.v
I was still panicked when i opened my eyes. The child above me holding a knife in the air, turned into Jordan. The other children turned back into those other kids. I stopped screaming. "Hey hey its ok now." I felt pain. Like i was burning. Jordan grunted alittle. "Jordan!" I got up. He had small burn marks here and there, there was a bit of black on his face. His clothes had holes in them. I burned Jordan. "Marie im ok i promise." That idiot! He was still slightly on fire. I put out my flames and sprayed water on Jordan. "Jordan you're an idiot for doing that!"
Jordans p.o.v
"Yeah i know." I look into her eyes. They were back to purple but there were golden specks everywhere, and a golden ring on the outer rim. "Wow." "What?" "Your eyes!" "Yeah they go golden when i burst up." "No, now they're both purple and golden!" "Alright sorry to ruin your lovey dovey moment," We both blush. "But we need to take you both to our leader now."
