Chapter 15 (The Truth hurts)

Sofia's pov

The cold wind is brushing my face. The sturdy wind is blowing so hard. The trees around me are swaying, they look like a wicked witch trying to scare a little child. The moon and the stars are now hiding on the thick dark clouds. It seems like they're afraid of something evil that might come. The big rolling waves are now splashing angrily on the shore. It seems like it's warning me to run away and be gone from the place.

"Hahaha... Hahaha... Haha"

I heard a faint laugh  somewhere

It's like it was just carried out by wind to my ears.

"Sofia" somebody whispered on me

I turn around but I saw nothing.

My heart starts to pound hard inside my chest. I'm feeling nervous and my cold sweats are starting to roll.

Suddenly, something moved on the sea water. Slower and slower, a lady came out from the water. It's eyes were red like a burning coal, it's white dress is covered with blood, and it's face is full of cuts.

It's floating above the sea now and staring at me creepily. The blood that is dripping from her body is making the sea water red like a crimson blood. The lady starts to move closer to me. Every blink I made, she went closer and closer.

I wanna run away but I can't. My whole body froze. There's nothing I could do but cry. I'm frightened! The lady is now very close to me. There's only 2 steps between us.

I can smell the rotten flesh and metallic blood that's coming from her.

"Who are you? Why are you doing this? " I asked with a shaky voice

She stared at me then she just laughed.

Her laughs send chills to my bones, it's scary!

"I will kill you! You'll pay for everything" she said angrily

Then, she showed me a shining , sharp knife and she smiled at me creepily.

My tears rolled silently. I guess this is my end now. There's nothing I can do but but wait for my death. I can't fight back, she's much stronger!

I slowly closed my eyes.

The lady was about to stab me when

"STOP!"

Somebody spoke behind my back.

I opened my eyes then I saw the lady's expression. She's in shock! She accidentally dropped the knife. I can see pain and anger in her eyes!

She slowly went away from me.

"Stay away vineetha" the voice said once more

I slowly turned around and was surprised to see a guy with blood and cuts all over his body. I was frightened.

I backed off slowly.

"Please don't be scared it's me" he said

I stared at him,

Suddenly, all of my fears were gone away. It's him, I know it's him. I've never seen somebody whose eyes is just like him.

Those eyes who always stare at me with love. Those eyes who's always filled with kindness.

I ran towards him then I hugged him so tight.

I don't care if he smelled like metallic blood.

"Sam" I uttered loudly then I broke down and cry
