“Okay.  As Jeremy may have already told you, I received a text from an unknown number last night saying that they knew my secret of being a werewolf,” Ryan said to his clan around him.  They were in human form.

Whispers starting to form within the group and also a few quite gasps.  A boy piped up.  Tall, slim, pale skinned, brown eyes and blonde hair.

“Alpha.  My name is Rain.  I am pretty good in hacking phones, computers and whatnot.  No technological device is blocked and no number is unknown.  I am will be able to find the number easily and tell you who it is.  It shouldn’t be hard at all,” he said.  The thoughts of a challenge sparked in Rain’s eyes.

“Rain, if you could do that, you could get us closer to the mystery person.  It’s at least a start to this plan,” Ryan said.

Ryan gave Rain his phone and he ran off, promising to give Ryan’s phone as soon as he found the mystery culprit.  With Rain’s help, he was able to relax a bit.

Everyone else was starting to form different plans, which was good.  He decided to turn to Jeremy.

“So, could you tell me more about the history of the clan?” he asked.

“Okay Ryan.  Come over,” Jeremy said.  He patted a spot next to him on a thick, mossy log he was sitting on.

“Legend says that our ancestors’ spirits left their bodies and accompanied wolf bodies on full moons.  The clan was named the Silver Moon because the fur of the first Alpha was silver and obviously the wolves turn on the full moon, but also, it was the Alpha’s surname.

Another generation passed and the men started to turn into wolves and not their spirits finding wolves on a full moon.  It was easy for our ancestors to find each other because of the colour of their fur and eyes.  Basically, whatever colour their hair and eyes were, it would be the colour of their fur and eyes.

Generations of men and their sons and grandsons grew genes to turn into wolves.  The females never grew these genes until the generation of Alpha Clearwater.  His granddaughter grew these genes and in the history of our clan, she became the first female werewolf.  From then on, more females grew the genes and became a part of the clan.

Time flew to when the first human was bitten and turned.  It was a first in Silver Moon history.  Our clan never made contact with other humans.  It was until this man went hunting and tried to kill the Alpha of the time, Alpha Redwood.  The Beta, Ravenblue, attacked and bit the man.  Shortly after he was bitten, he turned into a black wolf with grey eyes.  From then on, when our clan need more wolves, they would find a suitable human and take him/her in.

Before the 20th century ended, only person in the generation of many Silver Moons was a man called Alpha Saosin.  He wanted to keep the clan alive for many more generations to come, so he went around, finding willing people, finding people who needed saving and took them under his wing.  He was the wolf that bit you when you were fifteen.  He died soon after from a hunter shooting him.  He said that he wanted you to become the next Alpha.  He said it was your destiny, in your blood and so that’s what you are now Alpha Parker.”

It was almost day light when everyone left.  Rain came back with Ryan’s phone, he looked a bit worried.

“I couldn’t figure out who it was.  I tried and tired, but it said that the number didn’t exist.”

Worriedness filled Ryan’s stomach.  He wanted to find out this person and quickly because he didn’t want this secret getting out.

This was just the start of many worries to come for Ryan.
