Lilac and pink flowers embroidered his fragile form,

His stone cold expression was underlying,

We've been sitting here for two hours and not one tear shed my eyes,

I was still processing it all,

He was just here with me two days ago,

Sitting on the living room couch watching his on-going cartoon marathon,

I still remember how terrified he was of the thunder and lightening as it rumbled in the background,

It aggravated him,

I looked into his tiny coffin one last time before walking out the dimly lit room,

But I couldn't help thinking why his life had to go on the loose,

Why didn't the car come and hit me,

I deserved it much more than he did,

At this point, I just wanted to strip from all the black,

It was intimidating

As soon as I walked out the devil walked in,

We didn't make eye contact,

Just walked right past each other,

I knew how he was feeling and so did he,

I sat on the front steps to the funeral home,

Drawing on the concrete with a little rock,

little heart and stars,

I matched them with a big rainbow,

however it was colorless,

Mother ran down the steps stepping on my creation,

her mascara was traveling down her cheek,

and her lipstick was no longer still staining her lips a Pantone red,

Cholly walked out right after,

His tuxedo was draping his body,

It was too large for him,

just like his ego,

I  snorted as he came out,

He shot me a look and walked away,

His eyes were bloodshot looks like he's been drinking lately,

Put I cached on to the smell a long time ago,

It burned my nose and smelled like garbage,

Mother turned her head away from him in disgust even though she's done it before,

She clutched her green handkerchief in her palms as she squeezed her eyes shut,

He eventually walked away,

We were quiet cause we all felt the same,

For once
