When seventeen-year-old Jonathan finds himself being arrested a couple of weeks before the end of his junior year, he didn't expect his parents reactions to be to send him to a summer camp to babysit a bunch of preteen girls with a girl, Whitley who can't even hear him, Ari who says a thousand words a second and Scott who has it out for him.

This story means a lot to me because I was born profoundly deaf but I have had cochlear implants since I was two. Recently, I've been reading a lot of stories on Wattpad that have deaf main characters and I have become annoyed and desperate for a good, reasonable, accurate, and truthful story with a deaf main character, that is why I started writing this story. I am not saying that is going to be perfectly accurate, because everyone makes mistakes, and if you ever see them, please, do point them out-I'm always trying to improve my writing! Whitley is profoundly deaf, with no cochlear implants, because this story is set in 1984, the year before the first cochlear implant was invented, which was in 1985
