The aroma of coffee fills my nose, a small smile slips on my face as I walk further into the store.

"This is a scam! I'm going to sue this place!" A black haired male yells slamming his hand against the counter trying to suppress his grin.

"Sir, that's the correct price, you're mistaking us for somewhere else" the cashier confidently said. A playful smirk slips into my face.

"Actually he's right, you're charging him twenty cents extra" I said standing next to the male.

The manger comes out from the back glaring at us "get out! The two of you! Stop harassing my staff!" He spits. The guy and I quickly run out laughing as the manger continues to yell at the two of us.

"I'm Calum." The introduces him self.

"I'm Victoria." I answer with a grin.

I was always the type to get myself included into trouble somehow. Sometimes I don't really know how it happens.

"Thanks for backing me up there" he giggles.

"You do know that it was only twenty cents extra, right?" I tilt my head in confusion.

"Yeah, I know. I just like to start things. Life's boring and sometimes you just gotta spice it up"

"Fair enough."

We both unknowingly start walking with each other. Once we introduced ourselves, everything else just sort of naturally fell into place.

We spoke about our crimes and adventures for a while until we stop in front of his car.

"Well it looks like our journey has unfortunately come to an end" He dramatically says as he spins around.

"This was.."

This was fun. He's an amusing person but i know that i'm never going to see him again. I mean, I could just ask him for his number, right?

"Fun?" He shyly whispers, finishing my sentence.

"Yeah. It was fun."

"Well, I should get going now, I have somewhere I have to be. It was nice meeting you, Victoria."

"It was nice meeting you too, Calum."

He turns away and strolls towards the car.

"Hey Calum! Could I perhaps get your nu..." I murmur but it was already too late.

I see the car drive off and notice one of the windows going down. He pokes his head out the window and waves goodbye to me.

I wave back.

I smile and continue on with my life.

Calum's P.O.V

She was a nice girl.
She was exciting.

I'm an idiot for not asking her for her number. She could've been the one.
