My eyes were still burning holes into his perfect hair as I walked behind him.
He glanced and glanced at me, pondering on what I probably was doing. Charles then sighed and turned around to confront me.
"Okay, what's with your stupid stare?"
I innocently fluttered my lashes. "Yes?"
He scoffed. "Come on, you've been staring at me for the past hour already, what is it?"
I snickered internally, feeling the serious stare raining down on me. His hands were crossed and his lips were sealed.
"Is there something wrong with staring?" I asked, trying to maintain my composure.
He rolled his eyes. "I know what your up to, it's not fooling me."
"Fooling you? It's Nothing. You were just... honest yesterday." I smirked.
He gave me a quizzical look. "Honest?"
I smiled. "Yep, that's all I'll say."
He shook his head and continued walking. "You're crazy."
I chuckled. "And you're kinky."
He stopped and turned his head to me with glaring eyes. Oh my God... ET, is it you?
"Shut up." He said before walking towards the entrance of the store with a fast pace.
"I wouldn't dare walk that way." I warned.
He scoffed. "Whatever Raven."
And with that, he ran into the very clean glass. Should I say, impossibly clear as hell?
The resonant vibration on the mass was cringeworthy, as also was the obvious painful smack on the face. Charles fell down like a house of cards and held his face as he groaned and cursed in real pain.
"Told you." I muttered before running towards him.

We entered the hospital again with dullness hovering over us. Charles was then greeted by the one and only Dr. Lehnsherr.
"Charles, what happened to you?" He asked in concern.
Charles gave him a smile as he held the bloodied handkerchief on his face. "Head on collision."
I watched as he was escorted to the inner whatever of the hall. Before disappearing, Charles turned his head to me.
"Raven, could you please pick up the book I purchased back at the bookstore? I'll be out in a while."
I nodded. "Okay, whatever the 'smart' one says."
He frowned and disappeared into the hallway with Dr. Lehnsherr.
"He is a real favorite."
I turned my head to see the nurse, Scott Summers, confusingly looking at them.
"Dr. Lehnsherr isn't always that way to patients, weird."
I shrugged. "Maybe because my brother is his long lost half." I joked.
He chuckled. "Well, Logan told me he was unusually engaged in their little conversation the first time he met with him."
I simply shrugged. "Well whatever this Logan says, he is definitely correct on so many levels."
"I'm Scott, Scott Summers." He held his hand towards me.
"Raven, smart-ass' step sister." I smiled as I shook his.
"Well, you have a really miraculous brother to Mr. Mysterious." He added, his fingers clenching the clipboard tensely.
I nodded. "Totally."
