It's a date then!

I decided to visit Carlos , Alexa and Ocean in Hawaii . They have invited me a long long time but I was busy with work . Well Carlos didn't know that I would come and visit him . Well we can call it a surprise visit .

A little backstory is that I knew Carlos since I was 5 years old and I'm 22 now . Carlos is like my big brother . I loved his big time rush band a lot . I still have a crush on James .

Of course you would think that, why wouldn't you get Carlos match make me and James right ? Well , James had a wonderful beautiful girlfriend called Halston , they are perfect for each other but few years ago they've broken up .

James was heartbroken obviously . And I moved to London for work which makes him more sad because James and I are really good friends . The thoughts of I can't be there for him kills me . He is still single for now . Well Carlos told me that .

Well enough about him .

So I was at the airport getting ready to hail a cab to give my brother Carlos a surprise visit ! It was long overdue . I was overly excited .

Finally , I hailed a cab and gave the cab driver a piece of paper with Carlos's address . " Please drive me to this address " I said it with a smile .

From what it seems took almost 45 mins , we finally arrived and luckily I texted Carlos and asked him where was him as he knows that I'm busybody and I would ask him from time to time and I always loved to annoy him and he didn't seems to mind it at all.

I arrived at Carlos's place .

I got off the cab and the cab driver helped me to take my suitcase out from the car .

" Thank you ! How much is the ride ? 25 dollars and I gave the driver 30 dollars . " Keep the change . Have a good day sir " I said it with a smile . " Thank you miss . I will take my leave " and the cab driver went away .

So I went to the beach straight away as there would Carlos and family would be . So I left my luggage with the security guard and telling him that I'll be back real quick and need him to guard my suitcase . He agreed.

So I took my shoes off and use my flip flops . From afar I saw Carlos and Alexa lying down on the beach while my eyes searching for Ocean . Holding him from the back I saw a tall strong fit figure holding a baby that could be Ocean .

I went closer and decided to surprise Carlos and Alexa . I jumped and scream " CARLEXXAAA!"
Both of them got shocked and turn to my direction . " hey big brother and my beautiful sister in law" both of them stood up .

Carlos couldn't stop smiling . " how did you " " where " " how" ? Alexa cut him off " Sorry Ariel . He's just excited . How do you plan to answer all his questions " we both giggled . I was curious so I asked Alexa . " where's baby Ocean ?" Carlos answered " he's with my another fav person besides you guys "

I looked at him with full of questions? And Carlos shouted " OVER HERE GUYS "

A figure with a baby came over and I was jaw dropped when I saw who appeared in front of me . It couldn't be him .

James?

Ariel?

We both were surprised seeing each other because we both haven't met with each other for 5 years . We had been talking on social medias back and forth but never got the chance to meet each other .

" GUYSSSS!!" Carlos snapped . God knows how long we both stare at each other . I was embarrassed because Carlos and Alexa were both laughing at us .

" Let's go back to the house ." Alexa guide us back while James still carrying Ocean . Alexa and Carlos walked way in front of us leaving us three behind . You will be an amazing cool dad in the future because I can see that Ocean really likes being around you . We both smiled .

So we reached Carlos and Alexa's house and of course I didn't forget about my luggage . I took my luggage and thanked the guard . " hey man , thanks " he smiled . And we continue walking and we took a seat at the living room .

Carlos take Ocean from James " Hey buddy , time for shower don't you think ? " Ocean chuckled . And Carlos walked upstairs to the bathroom . " I'll check on Carlos , if you guys need anything just feel free to help yourself . We will be upstairs if you need anything." Alexa smiled before she left both of us alone .

This is simply awkward I know .

" so how long are you gonna be here for ? " James blurted out .

" I don't know , probably a week or two? How about you ? "

" Probably a week but I'll be visiting places . He smiled nervously . " I'd like to invite you for dinner tonight . Just you and me."

" Sure . It's a date then " I smiled confidently .

James chuckled to himself .
