Melody's POV

"Get dressed, be quick, hurry up," Dad said, throwing my clothes at me. "They're coming so be quick," he explained.

"I can't when you're here," I said, but he was out of the room.

I sighed and yanked off the gown. Dad poked his head in. "You done?" he asked, ignoring the small shriek coming from me.

"Dad! I'm in my underwear!" I complained.

"I used to change your diapers. Heck, I potty-trained you. Get used to it," he pulled his head out and shut the door. I started to pull on my jeans, but Dad looked in. "You done?" but I glared at him.

Finally, I got dressed without interuption. I finished tying my high tops and said, "Dad, I'm done,"

He reached in. "Finally! You change slower than a sloth,"

"Dad, sloths don't change."

"My  point. Come along! Allon-sy!" he grabbed my arm and pulled me out.

I had no idea why we escaped so easily. Dad had just pulled me out of the bed and yanked me though the hallway, ignoring the Filinetta's call for back up.

A price we were going to pay. But I didn't care. I just wanted to get out of that hospital. We sprinted down the hallway, looking for the way out. Dad pointed. "There!"

It was a trapdoor. I pulled out my sonic laserlight and used it to open the door. "Great," Dad whispered. "Now lets get out of here!"

I agreed and jumped down. Dad followed. Right into a bunch of nurses and doctors.

Guess this was "backup".

Dad cursed under his breath. Then he said, "Hi, we're just gonna scoot around you so-"

One of the human doctors interupted him. "You are not allowed to remove patients without permission,"

Dad took a deep breath in. "Yeah, well- Melody, RUN!" I sprinted down the hallway while shouting arose from the hallway. I turned left, down a staircase, down them all until I reached the lobby. I shoved open the door, and continued running. I turned right, down an alley, to the bridge crossing the New Thames. I ran over that, to the TARDIS.

Naturally, I tripped and faceplanted right onto her. Cuz that's how I roll.

I sprung up and unlocked the TARDIS. I spun in, fell again, and shut the door, breathing heavily.

Doctor's POV

"You are not going to even touch my daughter. Lay one finger on her, and I will have your hide," I hissed.

One doctor smiled, shrugged, then spread his arms wide. "Fine. We touched her, we put needles in her arm. Skin me. I don't care." he said.

These are the things that make me nearly strangle people. "Don't be a bastard," I said.

"Oh yeah?" Man, was he pissing me off!

"I said, DON'T!" I screamed.

"You can't tell me what to do. Just like you can't remove patients," said the man.

I really don't know why I did it. I acted without thought, and I was angry. So I punched him in the face.

That was the distraction I needed. I turned, and shaking my slightly bruised hand, ran.

Woah the Doctor's mad! Can you believe he'd do that? I actually have no idea I just wanted to add a fight that one human doctor is annoying!
