Chapter 6: My Memory

My head hurts so bad, I woke up on the side of a road right by a "Mickey D's Diner." Who am I? What is the place? I have no idea about anything. So many people started walking into the diner, maybe that's a good idea to. "Hi there, what would you like to order?" She was talking to me I guess, she was staring at me. "Ummm, I don't know exactly." "Well come sit on the barstool, I will hand you a menu, and you can choose what you would like."

She handed me the menu, this barstool was very comfy. "Misti, that's a pretty name." She smiled at me, "Thank you, what's your name?" Good question, I didn't know my name. "I don't know my name, but I will have these blueberry waffles right here." Misti looks very confused, "I will bring your order to the chef, tell you what? How about I help you out?" Misti is the nicest lady on the planet! "Thank you! Do we leave now?"

KEVIN'S POV:

I am freaking out! Where did my wife go? Where did the mother of my children go? Where is the love of my life???? "Demon be gone!" My kids vanquished their first demon, I had no time to be proud, that's for later. "Don! Where did Tessa go?" He had his eyes closed which made me believe he was using his powers to track her. "The demon knocked her memory away, but not her powers. She's in Encino sitting in a diner talking to a woman with a name tag, Misti."

"Encino is a 6 hour drive from here. We have to go get her!" "Daddy, will mommy come back home with us?" Seeing the sadness in my boy broke my heart into a million pieces. "We will get her back no matter what it takes. Are you coming mom and Don?" I was trying to get everyone settled when they just disappeared, "Wait for us! No fair that your a ghost and an angel!" I hope Tessa will remember once she sees us, we can't live with you babe.

TESSA'S POV

We are heading back to Misti's house, the sky really looks enchanting right now. Look! A shooting star, that special star looks very familiar. My head really hurts right now, I'm seeing a vision of something. A tall, athletic, man holding me, we are saying "I love you" to each other. Is he in my life? Am I in love with that man? My stomach has butterflies and my heart is racing a mile a minute. We are at Misti's house when two men pull up the driveway, she tells them to go inside.

"Okay guys, go inside and we will come in a few." I am so confused right now, "I found these guys waiting outside the diner, they are offering $200 for sex. Let's do this and after we will work on your memory." Misti looks very excited so this must be good to do. "Okay, I'm in I'll take the guy in the glasses." I grabbed the guys hand while we went into the bedroom, I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm willing to improvise. "What's your name stranger?" I decided to sit on the guys lap to at least try to be sexy.

"Hi, I'm actually very shy about this. My name is Kevin and my friend in there Calvin suggested we should try this."
Kevin? Oh my god my memory is back! I'm married and I have kids! And sisters!
I have to get out of here!
