I can't help but worry after she logs off. What if she is being abused? I'll save her. I can't let anyone hurt my precious little-
BzzBzzt!
That was quick.Coffee Girl is online.
Beebo: that was quick.
It takes a while for her to respond. Weird.
Coffee Girl: oh uh yeah sorry
Is she okay? I know I don't know her at all, but from when I've talked to her, this isn't how she acted.
Beebo: ms. coffee lady are you okay?
I probably shouldn't joke around, but nothing wrong with trying to lighten up the mood, right?
Coffee Girl: yea and please call me y/n
I call her.
I love hearing her voice again.
"Hello?" I say, right when she picks up. She's panting, and she sounds like she's trying not to cry. I'm worried. "Oh, y-yeah.. I-I'm c-c-compl-letely fi-ine.." There's a small pause before I hear stomping, shattering, and someone, presumably a female, yelling, "Y/N! GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE BEFORE I-" she hiccuped mid-sentence. "BEAT YOUR SHITTY ASS." Y/N is in tears. At the coffee shop, she seemed so lively, like she didn't have a care in the world, but now I know that smile is just to hide what happens when she's not at work. When she's not at school. When she's not.. her.
