A week passes by and Isak hasn't seen Even once. He begins to worry about him even though they have only spoken to each other a couple of times. Isak feels an emotional connection with Even that he has never experienced before and he can't decide whether or not if he likes it or not. The idea of being with Even excites him greatly but the idea of being open and public about it terrifies him. Isak is not even religious in the slightest, but sometimes he feels like God is going to come down and smite his ass for even being interested in Even. His mother isn't helping the situation by sending him bible verses every day.
His father hasn't in the picture after he left Isak's mom for some whore in the Østensjø district and his mom has never been the same since. His dad still tries to contact Isak but he just ignores all the messages because he doesn't want to talk to him. The relationship between Isak and his dad wasn't great, to begin with, due to his dad being physically abusive to him when he was younger and when his dad left, Isak felt like he could finally breathe but the thing was his mother had never noticed the abuse or if she had, she never said anything about it. His mother blamed Isak for his father leaving and turned to drinking her problems away but somehow she manages to remember to send Isak those damn messages every day, which baffles him.
Isak, who is currently sitting in biology, notices that the teacher isn't wearing a bra and he can see everything. The thing is that Isak doesn't feel aroused by this sight which confuses him. Maybe, it's the fact that its a teacher he's looking at and not a girl his age, plus it's kind of weird to sexually fantasise about a teacher or it's because Isak isn't sexually attracted to women. He hopes it's the first one.
"Hi." The voice brings Isak out of his stupor and he notices a girl standing before him. She's wearing a black hijab that encompasses her head and long long-sleeved black dress that reaches the floor. Isak notices that she has minimal makeup besides some dark eye makeup and a pink lip. "Anyone sitting here?" She asks, raising her eyebrow at Isak's staring.
"No, you can sit here if you want to." Isak replies, moving his stuff onto his desk from spreading out earlier.
"Thanks" She sets her stuff down and sits in the chair before pulling out her notebook for class.
"Are you new here? I haven't seen you before today." Isak asks.
"Yeah, I just transferred from Tokerud because my dad got a new job here in the city."
"That's cool, how are you liking Nissen so far?" Isak begins playing with his pencil to give his hands something to do while they waited for class to start.
"I'm liking it so far, everyone seems pretty cool here." She shrugs her shoulders, not really having an opinion on the school yet.
"Well, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Isak," He says with a big grin on his face. "I hope you like it here, it really is a great school."
"Sana, and it's nice to meet you too." She smiles and soon after class begins thus ending their conversation and having them focus on the lesson at hand.

"Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination" - Leviticus 18:22
Isak looks at the text from his mother and sense of dread and fear fill his soul. "Does she know? How could she? I haven't talked to her in weeks." He deletes the texts like he does with all the others from his mom. "Why does she keep sending me these even though she knows I don't believe in God." Isak puts his phone away and gets on the city bus, finding a seat next to an elderly woman passed out in her and smelling like mothballs. He looks around at the other passengers and notices a familiar hairdo that belongs to a certain crush of his, causing him to smile.
