Emily's POV:
I was at work when a young man came to the counter.

Man: "Hello. You're Ali's friend Emily, right?"

Emily: "Yeah, do I know you?"

Man: "Oh, no I'm sorry. I'm Elliot."

I got nervous and weirded out fast. I became very uncomfortable.

Elliot: "Listen, you don't have to be uncomfortable around me. I know about you and Ali. And if she needs to experiment with someone, a one time thing, I don't mind. Because I love her."

Emily: "She...she told you about us?"

Elliot: "I saw your texts. I don't think friends talk like that. But, we talked about it. She said she was curious."

Emily: "Oh."

Elliot: "Anyways, do you know where she is?"

Emily: "No, I'm sorry."

Elliot: "Alright, well nice meeting you."

I faked a smile and nodded. He walked out the door and I could feel myself boiling up with anger. I took out my phone and called her. She didn't answer, so I left a voicemail. But I needed her to come over for sure and not blow me off.

Emily: "Hey beautiful. Come over tonight, I miss you."

Then I hung up. She's in so much trouble later. I gave her a week, and we talked about it almost everyday. She said she dumped him, and I believed her. How dumb am I? She really was just playing with me.

Alison's POV:
I got a call from Emily, but I couldn't answer because I was in the shower. She left a voicemail so I listened to it.

Voicemail: Emily: "Hey beautiful. Come over tonight, I miss you."

Then it ended. I bit my lip and got dressed. It was three forty-five and Em got off of work at four. By the time I would driver to her house, she should be there. I decided to wait about five more minutes before I left. I wore tight skinny jeans, white converse, and a shirt that showed a little too much boob. But I didn't care. I got in my mom's car and drove off. I pulled up to Emily's house fifteen minutes later, to see her car already there. I walked up to the front door and walked in to see her sitting on the couch on her phone.
I closed the door quietly and walked towards her slowly so she wouldn't hear me. Luckily, she had her hair in a pony tail. I leaned down and started to kiss her neck and kiss it. My hands went from her shoulders, to her chest, then to her stomach, just above her pants lines. She stood up after a small moan escaped her lips. She didn't look happy.

Alison: "What's wrong? Isn't this what you wanted?"

Emily: "I met Elliot today...he came in looking for you."

She folded her arms and raised an eyebrow. Then pursed her lips to show she was mad.

Alison: "Em I-"

Emily: "I gave you a week Alison. A week. It's been two. And on top of that, you told me you dumped him."

Alison: "Okay, I lied about that. Em, I don't want to hurt him, he's so nice."

Emily: "He said he loved you...He said I was an experiment to you..FOR FUCKS SAKE ALISON...HE SAW OUR MESSAGES! You know what's in those. Why? Why lie to me? Why use me like this?!? Can't you see I love you!! I LOVE YOU!! And I have loved you since the day we met. Through everything. Even when you were such a bitch to me. That's love. Almost killing you isn't."

Alison: "Em...I'm sorry but-"

Emily: "No, I want an answer right now. Is it going to be me, or him?"

Alison: "Em, you can't put me on the spot like that."

Emily: "You said you wanted to be with me. You made me feel you heart after I kissed you. I'm not going to let you turn me into the girl that begs you to pick her over him. But, I'm telling YOU to pick, so I can move on with my life or move on with you."

Alison: "I...."

Emily: "I can see you made your choice. Get out."

Emily started to cry as she ran up to her room. I let my head fall. Why? Why do I keep messing up? I want her. I called Elliot.

Elliot: "Hey babe. Where are you?"

Alison: "I'm at Emily's."

Elliot: "Oh, I hope you too are having fun."

Alison: "We aren't. We're arguing."

Elliot: "Oh, I'm sorry baby. Why don't you come to my house, I can make you feel better."

Alison: "No, Elliot. We're fighting because of you. I never told you Emily was an experiment. I actually like her. I like you too, a lot. But, I just can't be with you. Not if you're going to talk to my friends like that. Especially Emily. I'm sorry, but I can't continue this. I choose Emily."

I hung up before he could say anything else. I made my way slowly up the stairs. I knocked on her door.

Emily: "Go away."

She sniffled. I ignored her and walked in anyways. She didn't even look at me but continued crying.

Emily: "Please, leave me alone."

Alison: "No, I won't. I broke up with Elliot, Em. I want you. I really do. I mean it this time. Please, give me a second chance to make this right."

Emily: "Are you lying to me again?"

Alison: "No, honestly. I choose you Emily. I...I..I love you."

I sat down next to her on the bed and rubbed her back, and she leaned into me. I wrapped my arms around her as she hugged me. I felt so bad for hurting her like this. She doesn't deserve it. I'm such a bitch. I kissed her head.

Alison: "I'm going to make this right. I promise. And I promise to make it up to you."

Emily: "I know. I just...if you really do want him, you can go to him. It'll hurt, but I'll be okay."

Alison: "No, he's not you. I want you all to myself. It just took another fight to realise that. I promise, from here on out, no more lies."

Emily: "No more lies?"

Alison: "None."

Emily: "Then let me ask you something. How long have you liked me?"

Alison: "A very long time. But, I never wanted to admit I was falling for you."

Emily: "But I would've caught you."

Alison: "I know."

Emily: "So what does this make us?"

Alison: "We need to give it time. To think about it so we don't ruin anything before it starts."

Emily: "Sounds reasonable."

We laid back down in the bed and held each other until morning.
