I thought you left me

Alison's POV:
   I woke up in Emily's bed, but she wasn't there. I shot up and called her name a few times. Nothing. I started to get worried. So, I called her. But her phone rang from her bedroom. I started to cry. She left me. Last night meant nothing to her. I mean nothing to her. I curled up in a corner and started to rock back and forth while holding my legs close to my chest. Tears were flowing down my face like a waterfall. I heard the door open but didn't care. I heard some things drop and next thing I knew I was engulfed in someone's arms. I turned my head to see the light brown haired girl I'm in love with holding me. I immediately wrapped my arms around her.

Alison: "Em?"

Emily: "It's okay Ali. I'm here. Why are you crying?"

Alison: "I thought you left me."

Emily: "Of course not baby. I just went to go get something from the store so I could make you breakfast. You're usually still asleep around eleven. I thought you'd wake up later. I promise, I will never leave you. I love you."

   She kissed the top of my head and just held me in her arms. Em positioned us so I was sitting in her lap. I stopped crying and placed a kiss on her neck. She placed her hand under my chin and lifted my head so I was looking at her. I made the move and leaned into her lips. We kissed and kissed for minutes. She was my oxygen I needed to live. With her...I felt so safe.
