Kill em with .....",is the song that is blaring through the speakers so fucking early in the morning."I am kill that person with my bare hands as to why the hell the music is so loud,disturbing my sleep !",I mumbled angrily in sleep while sprawled on my bed.
"So baby pull me closer in the back seat of your Rover.....",the song now was an octave higher."Who the hell sings so f*cking loud ??!! " Wait !Sings ?
Now I am starting to come back to earth and gain my senses.Since when I am asleep ,I go into my la la land .I rubbed my eyes to get rid of the sleep stuck in my eyes and slowly blinked it open.And what do we have ! I see that my bestie, Lissy darling, is showing off her wonderful singing and dancing skills both together in such a pleasant morning,disrupting my valuable sleep in a very caring way .Awww how thoughtful of her.(Note the sarcasm)
Now I am fully awake ,sitting upright and patiently waiting until Lissy stops whatever she is doing.I am furiously glaring at her,digging deep holes in her head.And though that girl knows what she is doing,on purpose she is doing it more.How nice ! I can seriously kill a person if the person dares to mess with my sleep and food,even if it's some big super VIP .
Finally finally !Lissy stopped her
eardrum -bursting singing and she turned her pretty little head to me and smiled sweetly ,fanning that innocent look.Uughhh !! I was patiently waiting and giving her that look which says speak-the-f*ck-up-or-you-are-doomed."Well,today is our graduation day and I am so so happy!",Lissy started with extreme happiness.I still had a poker face.She looked at me and rolled her eyes,pushing me with her butt, aside on the bed and making her self comfortable.
Then she added,"So dumbo,it's eleven-thirty in the morning and you still sleeping.Like what the hell?!!Do you even know what time the graduation ceremony starts and......."
I slept again and ignored Lissy's rambling until I feel myself shaken."What? what?Is it an earthquake?",I ask from my disrupted sleep."No shit sherlock.It's just me super sexy Lissy",Lissy went on doing some fake ramp-walk and checking her nails.Aaagh !!! "Why can anybody let me sleep in peace!!",I stare above and ask God.To which Lissy answers my question,"Because you my friend need to stuff your stomach and get ready for the ceremony which is in the next three hours."She adds,"And as you have the honours of being the student of the year,along with a graduate, for your outstanding academic performance and launching your own business which is so successful so early,you need to all the more dress well,look sobre and not your caveman self !",she says the former part proudly and gleefully but makes faces at my zombie appearance.Like dude are you shit*ing me right now!Who looks oh-so princess-y after waking up from sleep.
I ignore Lissy's remark after getting up from bed and make my way to the bathroom for a shower.I have my eyes partially closed from the leftover bits of sleep and yawn loudly.Lissy shouts,"Such a big piece of manly zombie I'm staying with !"Then I come in front of the bathroom mirror,and pick my brush for brushing teeth.At last I open my eyes and look into the mirror and I am shocked to see seriously a zombie.I start laughing very hard,catching my stomach in the process."Heavens,now I have to deal with a mental patient",quips Lissy."Please share the joke",she demands.
"Holy sh*t ! I-I look like one of the walking-dead characters with hair in all directions...",I stated while laughing but slowly it faded adding,"..... and tangled mess,clothes crunched up,eyes swollen from LACK-OF-SLEEP my friend which is because yesterday was the night I had slept after last sunday,as you know today is thursday that is due to my business launch work and all and also some chocolate dried out on the corner of my mouth which I ate last night before going to bed at umm..three in the morning",I said with a small smile.Lissy was staring at me wide eyed with mouth ajar.I closed her mouth with my forefinger and started brushing my teeth.Then suddenly Lissy hugs me tight,you can say tight enough to choke you with toothpaste in your mouth.I start coughing badly.Lissy leaves me and rubs my back to calm me down."Oh I am so so sorry Cam.Are you okay?",says Liz and I reply,"Yeah yeah I'm fine Liz.Don't worry.,"I genuinely smile."And oh I am so sorry again that I being your best friend,staying in a house,in the next door room,don't know that you are in so much pressure ,that you are not even getting proper sleep and sh*t ! I even bothered you today from your little time peaceful sleep.I am such a bad friend...",Liz said feeling guilty and sad."No no absolutely not babes.You are my best friend and the best thing to me in the world.You always care so much about me and love me too.You didn't know about my sleep schedule because I would be locked up in my room for hours doing my work for these past days and you were the sweet one to prepare and bring me food.And about today,you did it because again you don't want me to get late for such an important event of my life.That's why,stop sulking because I love you.",I said while giving her a hug.She smiled and hugged me back.
We had our small moment,had brunch (breakfast+lunch) and got ready for the graduation ceremony.We were wearning casual but decent looking tops and paired with dark blue trousers, had our black graduation pleated gowns neatly placed in our hands,took the car and house keys,locked the doors and proceeded out to the car.Liz and I buckled uo the seat belts and zoomed our way to the university.
