After a lot of deliberating, Elizbeth decided to even attempt to convince the professors to allow her to continue attending Hogwarts. She knew it was the best decision for her to try to return to school in order to get an education. Of course, after she graduated, she would be able to rest up all she wanted and maybe even know what was wrong with her heart, or why the shot hadn't killed her.
As soon as the professors came in, she looked at them with her wide eyes and put a pout on her face in an attempt to seem cuter in order to convince them.
"I want to return to classes," she said quietly.
They looked at each other and then turned to look back at her with incredulous looks on their faces.
"We can't allow you to do that," they said.
"Why not?" she asked.
"Because you could get seriously hurt or die if you spent too much time out of the hospital."
She looked at them with a determined expression.
"I just want to learn and get my education before... you know, the inevitable."
"You would be required to have someone with you at all times who knows what to do in the situation of an emergency."
"Remus Lupin?" she suggested.
They glanced at each other again before sighing.
"Fine."
She grinned and got up quickly before hurriedly being ushered back down by Madam Pomfrey.
"If you're going to return to classes, you need to save your strength as much as possible."
She looked at them like they were stupid and sighed.
"If that's what it takes to allow me to return to classes, then fine."
"We will go discuss the plans with Mister Lupin and see if he agrees."
Soon after they left, Elizabeth quickly fell asleep in the hopes to get the good news that she will be allowed to return to classes the next day.

"She's returning to classes? This soon? Do you really think that's a good idea after what she's gone through?"
Remus stared worriedly at the teachers in front of him.
"She insisted she was fine, and she does need an education after coming this late into the term."
"People always insist they're fine, that never necessarily means that it's true."
Professor McGonagall sighed.
"If you do not wish to supervise her, we will return and tell her she may not continue going to classes. It's a simple decision, Mister Lupin."
He knew that Elizabeth would be extremely upset if he were to deny her the chance to return to classes, but at what cost? Would it be worth her being angry at him if she was safe and he knew she was?
"Alright. I'll do it."

The next morning, Elizabeth woke up extremely early to get dressed and prepare for classes. She knew Remus would say yes.
