Part 11: Forgiving You

~Ji Eun's POV~

"Kang Ji Eun?" The familiar voice called out. It's my father, what do I do? Has he recognised me already?

"N-ne?" I stuttered as I tried to meet his face.

"Is that really you?" He asked and I slowly lifted my head up followed by a nod.

"Ne, it's me" I responded as the tears started to form in my eyes.

"Follow me" He ordered as he stood up from his seat. I walked to Ji Hoon who was still ordering meals and asked him to take care of the customers.

"How have you been?" He asked as I trailed behind him.

"I'm good" I replied. A side of me wanted to forgive him for not coming back to find me and the other side of me was filled with anger for not recognising me.

"H-how have you been?" I asked him back.

"I've been good" He smiled turning back to face me.

"How's your mother?" He asked as he slowly met me eye.

"Don't talk about that b**ch anymore, I don't want to talk about her" I pleaded as I closed my eyes, letting the tears falls freely.

"Are you still living-"

"I can't stand her anymore" I cut him off as I fell to my knees.

"Ji Eun-ah, stand up" He suggested and I stayed there with my knees glued to the ground.

"Why did you appear now? Why didn't you come back and find me earlier? Did you know how much I missed you? Did you know how much I suffered living with that pig? Did you know how much we needed money to live and you're on the other side as a CEO for a big company?!" I cried. I cried and cried until he fell on his knees as his tears started to escape his eyes as well.

"Mianhe Ji Eun-ah" He apologised, I looked up at his teary face not knowing what to say.

Should I forgive him for what he's done to me? After 10 whole f**king years, he doesn't remember me.

"Mianhe Ji Eun for not recognising you last night" He apologised and my eyes shot wide open.

"How did you know it was me?" I asked.

"Ji Hoon told me when we were driving back home" He explained and I secretly cursed under my breath, I told that boy to not tell him.

"Does that mean you know we're twins?" I suddenly asked him and he slightly nodded.

"Let's go in, it's cold outside" He suggested as he helped me stand up. I felt uneasy, my brain wasn't functioning well, I couldn't stand properly and as soon as I knew it, the ground started getting closer and closer.

~Taehyung's POV~

"HOSPITAL?! WHERE?!" I bursted getting attention from all the boys.

"Okay, I'll be right there" I replied to my uncle on the other line.

"You guys can stay home. I'll be right back" I told the others before grabbing a jacket and left the door.

"Taxi!" I threw out my hand to get the attention of the taxi driver.

"Please take me to Gachon University Gil Medical Centre" I told the taxi driver and he quicken his pace as he saw the desperation on my face.

"Can you please drive a bit quicker?" I pleaded.
