I woke up around 2 in the morning,still feeling the buzz of the lsd, though the effects were wearing off. I cracked open the window and slowly climbed out. I wasn’t sure where I was going or what I was going to do all I needed was to get out of that house.

“Kurt Cobain,You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?”
I stayed silent. Moments passed. “Would you like to tell me why you did what you did?” he continued. “Do you even know why you were arrested?”
I remained silent. I knew exactly why I was arrested. The only thing I am not sure of is why I did it.
“Well Mr.Cobain, you sprayed Ain’T goT no how waTchamacallit on the bank wall. We will have to keep you over night if no one comes and picks you up. You will also have to pay a hefty fine.” He continued as we got into the car. The ride to the station only took a few minutes.
Once we arrive at the station I am put into a cell.
“You have one call, better make it count.”
I didn’t have much family I could call; my grandparents and my mom, but I didn’t want them to know about this.
“Okay.”
I dial Zoe’s number.It rings several times. “Hello.” A deep voice answers “May I ask who is calling so early this morning?”
“Um.Mr…”
“Mr. McDaniel”
“Yeah Mr. McDaniel. Is Zoe available?”
“She is asleep,but I could wake her up if it is an emergency.”
“Would you please, it would mean a lot.” I hear the muffled noise of him waking up Zoe.
“Mr.Cobain.” The cop calls “One more minuet.”
“Hello?” A sleepy voice answers.
“Thank god, Zoe I am in some trouble, I don’t have much more time to talk but I am in jail. I don’t think I have a bail, I just need someone to pick me up.”
“I will be there as soon as I can.”
