AZComics123 - Kingdom of the Dragons pt 1

Daniel Johnson ran through the trees. (I'm so good at naming characters. )He was hunting for his family. They had been starving ever since his mother died in a fire two years ago. He had supplied all of the food for them. (Ripped off the beginning of Eragon) Daniel was 15 years old and had been hunting since he was eight. He spotted a deer and slowly moved toward it. He strung his bow and prepared to fire. "sorry" said Dan. (I use the word "He" way too much.) Suddenly there was a rustle in the bushes. The deer ran off. Dan moved to the noise. What?  Dan saw arrows flying past his head. " just great " he thought. " he's shooting at me " (Im also great at punctuation.) suddenly, a narrow (NOT A NARROW) caught him by the shirt and pinned him to a tree. The man walked up to him and pointed a knife at Daniel's head. " where is it? " he asked. " where's what? " asked Daniel. " don't pretend like you don't know " said the man. He started to pull his hood off his face. Except it wasn't a he. " you're a woman? " asked Dan.( DUH DUH DUH!!!)It didn't surprise Daniel that this wasn't the first time people had asked that. (What?)

They were dead on the floor. Daniel bent down and rubbed his hand against the body of his father. (I have no idea what I was high on when I wrote this) Suddenly Dan looked up and saw........

The woman!

He rushed up and charged towards her, fueled with anger. The woman pointed her hands and the doorway was enveloped in flames. Dan backed away from the fire and tripped over a bucket. (*laughs for a couple minutes*) He fell on the floor and twisted his ankle.(*laughs harder*)

But nothing happened. Dan opened his eyes and saw another woman combating fire with water. Dan got up and watched as the fire went out. Next to the water woman was a younger girl. She was about Daniel's age. She had long black hair and hands were frozen. (10/10 grammar folks) The older woman had short gray hair and her face was wrinkled. She looked really old.(I AM SOOOO BADDDD) Next to the younger girl was a boy. He was older than the younger one but younger than the older one. (Well that was a sentence)" My name's Lauren " said the older woman " this is Bianca and Leo " Leo shook Daniel's hand and Bianca waved. Daniel couldn't understand what was happening. He had a weird feeling the adventure had just begun. (10/10 writing folks)
