This Is War

Chapter One

Aiden's POV

"- see one who was been injected, stay away from them, if they bite you their saliva can effect you. The world is in danger were going under attack, under war." As I hear the last two sentences I am stunned. I hear someone say "Zombie Apocalypse, is this a joke?" Then I hear another person ask "Are we all gonna die?"

I stay there frozen, I couldn't even blink. "All students please report to the auditorium" I hear on the announcements. People start running, I on the other hand am still shocked and frozen, I can't move.

"Aiden, do you wanna die? Lets go" I hear Jason yell at me. I don't get up. "Aiden, hurry!" He yells at me again, there was nobody in the class, only me and him.

"Aiden lets go!" He screams this time. I still don't move. He looks at me, with a blank face. I don't know why I couldn't move, all I knew was that my mind was telling me to go but my body was telling me to stay.

"If your not going, then I'm not" he whispers. He then shuts the door. Moments later we heard screaming down stairs by the auditorium" We looked at each other. Then I don't know how but we blacked out.

"Aiden , Aiden " I heard someone call my name. I opened my eyes to find Jason.

"We can't stay here forever, let's go see what's out there" I got up and opened the door. There I see bodies of blood, some were teachers, others were students, and the rest were my friends.

"Aiden come here!" Jason yells from the room next door. I see three people lying on the floor, it looks like they were blacked out too.

"Should we wake them?" I asked Jason.

"Well we just can't leave them here to be eaten" he rolled his eyes. I gave a small chuckle.

Jason started off by shaking one of the girls shoulder. Seconds later she woke up.

"What happened!" She panicked getting away from us.

"Im not sure, all we know is that someone attacked downstairs, but you can trust us" I said.

I then see Jason waking up the rest. "Why did we black out?" A boy asked us.

"We're not sure" I assure him.

"We have to find a place to stay" I stated.

"Where though?" Another girl asks me.

"We should probably check if there's others alive" Jason said.

"Sure, should we split?" The guy asked us.

"Well sure, if you wanna die" Jason rolled his eyes.

The hallways were quiet, no sound, no movement. We heard a few footsteps, resizing it was only us. We first decided to go to the kitchen to find any knifes to use as weapons.

"Jason have you find any yet?" I asked him.

"No, how about you?" He asked but before I could answer I heard someone say jackpot.

"What? did you found something?" I looked at the guy.

"No duh" he said as he holds a knife.
