Chelsea's POV:
When I had woken up this morning I was still slightly shaken from Jason's and my conversation last night. Not that it really was much of a conversation, but I felt startled by he fact that I had indirectly told him that I wanted to lose my virginity to him.
To Jason of all people that was walking this earth. That sounded mean.
My dad wouldn't have wanted me to find someone like Jason. He would never accept him in any way. Jason was too rough, too violent and too wild for someone like me, my dad would say. Jason was fearless, and I was anything but.
I pushed the thought of my dad away as the need and longing for him spread in my body like a sponge under water. Maybe if I asked Jason nicely he'd let me go see my dad?
No, you're pushing it too far.
Maybe he'd let me call him. Let him know that I'm okay and unharmed, the only problem is that I'm head over heels for your almost-worst nightmare. The only thing that could make Jason be my dad's complete worst nightmare, would be if he were a criminal. Those my father chased down and fought to put behind bars.
I'd be grounded for the rest of my life. In the basement.
My thoughts reminded me that I still had not gathered the courage to get Jason to tell me what he actually did for a living. He seemed to come and go when it suited him, which was an odd approach to any type of job. He has to afford this house somehow, right?
I laid a hand on my stomach as it growled loudly and pouted my lip. Apparently there was low stock on breakfast in this house. "Jason, don't you guys have anything to eat in this house?" I complained as I turned around to look at Jason who sat in the couch area with Andrew and Tyler watching TV.
He looked over his shoulders and glanced at me with a certain playfulness in his eyes. His wet tongue darted out and licked his lips quickly, "oh I have something you can eat, alright." He sent me a playful wink as a smug smirk appeared on his lip.
What? Wait...
"Oh my god! Jason!" I exclaimed in complete embarrassment as a bright red color arose in my cheeks.
"You asked for it," he simply said as he chuckled along with the guys, joking about my girlish reaction to Jason's inappropriate joke.
I spent a few seconds to myself, waiting for the pink in my cheeks to go away a little, though it probably come back as soon as I'd approach Jason, so what was the point really?
"Jason... I'm hungry, and your kitchen is empty as hell." I complained again, now having a little more courage due to my grumpy mood, because that's just what hunger does to you.
"Too bad, babe." He said and looked at me over the shoulder. "We can go grocery shopping or whatever later." He said and waved a hand in the air, dismissing me as if I was supposed to follow his orders.
And irritation grew in me at Jason's indifferent attitude towards my plea for food, and I had probably gotten this quality from my dad, as I quickly decided to act on my irritation.
