They usally go up to them and say "hey, I like you" and that might be a start of a relashonishp, or if not maybe a closer friendship.

The steps of handling a crush, and being a person like me.
1. Find out you like someone.
2. Awkwardly stare at them.
3. Tell your friends how one day your gonna ask them out((pssst....you never do))
4. For some reason avoid contact with them because that might give them a hint you like them
And, finally
5. Cry....becuase your crush is now dating someone.
