"I see you two have run into each other" Emma laughed as she walked inside, "Why was he here in the first place?" Robin asked her. "He ah-... He helped me with our bills Robin, since mom won't even look at them anymore." "Yes I did, and god time flies, I should be heading home again" Jack awkwardly joined in, making Emma chuckle to herself "I'll let you out". They walked to the hallway and Jack opened the front door before turning back to Emma, taking the sides of her head between his hands before pressing a soft kiss on her lips. "Oh hey Jack, I see you were just heading out?" Cassian's voice suddenly sounded after Jack had moved back to his full height again, "Yes I am" Jack told Cassian while giving him a stern look, letting his shoulder bump against Cassian's when he walked out of her garden. "Goodmorning Cassian" Emma spoke with a smile, making his face light up too. He moved closer to give her a hug but Emma pushed him away, making a distressed look form on his face. "Robin's home.. you should keep some distance" "What the fuck are you saying that for?" Cassian irritatedly asked. "She didn't look quite happy at the party" "Why'd you accept my dance then if you're only going to tell me off the next day?" He asked her, raising his voice which made Emma take a step back from him but he only moved closer to her. "What the hell are you suddenly talking about?! What do you mean 'telling you off'? There's nothing to tell you off for because you're dating my fucking sister!" Emma answered him, "You're just too fucking blind to see what I mean to you because of that fucking Jack guy!" He yelled at her before storming off, "Cas!!" Emma yelled after him, but he didn't listen and started his bicycle, making her swear to herself. "What happened?" Robin asked when Emma entered the living room again, "Oh it was just a drunk hobo" Emma sighed in response.

Emma knocked on the front door of Jack's house the next day since he told her he would have the house for himself. The door opened and she bit her cheeks when she looked at his wet hair before noticing the towel around his waist, "I ah, I just came out of the shower, come in" He chuckled at her, before closing the door behind the young girl. "I ehm..I-.." Emma stuttered before she got shut up by his lips pressed against hers, trapping her against the wall before easily lifting her up, her legs wrapping around his waist.

"Oh god I was already afraid for this" Emma groaned as she turned the page of the newspaper, her back resting against the headrest of the bed whilst Jack's head was laying on her lap, one of his arms wrapped around her thighs. "What?" "There's an article about stolen drugs, I fucking knew Cassian was involved" Emma spoke, making Jack look away from her as a deep breath escaped his lips. He turned his head away from her again and Emma laid the newspaper away to run her fingers through his grey hair, looking at the different shades spread through it. "Do you like him?" "Who?" "Cassian" Jack suddenly asked her, moving to lay on his back to look up at her. "I like him as a friend, yes, but nothing more than that." She answered, making him look at her for a few seconds before sitting up. He leaned in close to her and she could feel his warm breath on her ear before he placed a delicate kiss on her neck, "I'll make us some dinner" He told her before getting out of bed.
