Ongoing days and nights passed. The three simple words that fell from our lips often made each other very happy, more than happy actually. It made us feel like we actually belong together. We haven't shared an intimate moment yet which I deeply dreaded cause I wanted his lips on mine so bad and I wanted him in general but things have to be taken slowly.
I would definitely consider me and Evan as a married couple almost. We've basically lived together ever since I met him, we argue but easily get over it, and we just show we care for each other, it was all bitter sweet but mainly amazing.
The girls on the other hand was a whole different story. I missed them, I always thought about them but for some odd and probably stupid reason I never called them or checked up on them to see how they are doing.
I know they are probably angry at me for canceling our plans by not saying anything, or even not talking to them about it but I don't know. My life is just fixed on Evan, these emotions for him have me caught up.
"What in the fuck man."
"Evan what's wrong?"
"My ex keeps texting my phone. We broke up over a year ago, I don't know what she wants."
"What is she saying?"
"She's all like, Evan I need you talk to me and-"
She started calling his phone and he just let it ring. He told me a little about her. I can definitely have had history. She was the last person he dated, the last person he had sex with, and the last person he loved. They were in love with each other, I think him and her haven't been together for a good while which is why he doesn't care for her much now which is good.
"Bro she keeps fucking calling I don't know what to do."
"What's her name?"
"It's Zamora."
The phone ranged yet again to which we assumed it was his past girlfriend. I snatched the phone out his hand and answered it.
"Hello."
"Who is this?"
"This is Evan's girlfriend Jade. Who is this?" First thing I thought of came out my mouth. Evan looked over shocked at my words but I had to do it.
"No, put Evan on the phone please."
"He obviously doesn't want to talk to you, if he did he would've answered the first 100 fucking times you called."
"Who are you talking to."
"Zamora bitch."
"Wow okay where are you?"
"At home."
"Address?"
"I'm pretty sure you know where Evan lives, come over your always welcomed."
I hung up the phone. Feeling accomplished I put the girl in her place, but she needs to stop calling him.
"I'm definitely blocking this bitch number, something you should've done a long time ago she's not calling you no more."
"Damn baby that was hot."
"You gotta do what you gotta do right?"
Evan looked at me straight in the eyes and it was kinda like
how we first met but more calmer. He looked anxious."Fuck I can't take this anymore."
He said and slammed his lips into mine. I was surprised, shocked, but pleased and happy. He finally fucking kissed me and it was all I longed for. His lips felt so nice on mine and I was all for it.
I had a quick thought though, something that just came into my head that I wanted an answer to."Evan?"
"Yes baby?"
He asked pulling me into his
chest and holding me tight."Remember when we was playing truth or dare, and you told me that there is something everyone doesn't like about themselves."
"Yes."
"What's that something for you?"
He pulled away and looked at me seeing nothing but curiosity on my face. I didn't see Evan having any insecurities because to me he was the most perfect person to me.
" I have too many."
"What are they?"
"You really wanna know?"
"I do."
I held his hand and he lead me to the couch and we sat down. When I saw he left my touch and started fiddling with his hands. I reconsidered.
"You don't have to tell me if you don't want. It's okay."
"No I'll tell you."
He took a deep breath in and looked down one more time before looking at me.
"Like I said there's too many, all from the way I act, the way I look, the way I always fuck up something."
"Evan what do you mean your perfect. The way you act is perfectly fine, the way you look... Evan don't even get me started and you don't fuck things up. You're perfect."
I wanted to reassure him that what he's saying his nonsense.
"That's the thing Jade I'm perfect to you, I don't know how I am to seven billion other people. And that fucks my head up."
"Seven billion other people don't matter when the person that loves you the most is right in front of you. The guy that's walking down the street opinion doesn't matter cause you know that to me you're everything and more. I gotta be the only one that should matter anyway since we are gonna get married later on right?"
I said with a little laugh knowing he always dreamed of getting married to me. But Evan is delusional when it comes to others opinions. He has to realize those opinions don't matter.
"You're the fucking love of my life."
"I know, I try." I said flipping my hair.
"Come here."
I moved over closer to Evan, he wrapped his arms around me and put his lips back on mine.
I felt like I was in paradise.
