" tert tert tert......" the sound that wakes me up. It coming from next to me so I opened my eyes very slowly and try to find that thing. But when I woke up I was in hospital. My mom was sleeping but she still holding my right hand. My hand got bruised everywhere. Then I turn left I saw two people....my eyes are so blurry But I still trying recognized them then I saw Vee was sleeping on Rob shoulder with a grey blanket. I watched them sleep for a while then Vee is starting to wake up. looked at Rob and smiled at him while her head still on his shoulder. then she rolled her eyes at me and she saw me looking her she looked surprised and said.
" he's awake " she said it repeatedly then she threw her elbow back trying to wake Rob. And she ran to me and say "you're okey " she said with a smile like she were so happy to me open my eyes again. Then my mom starting to wake up and she say the same thing as Vee.
" mom what are you still doing here? " I asked.
" I need to look after you of course " she said.
" no you gotta go to work, I'm okey Rob could take care of me " I said.
" umm I'm here too " Vee said and she look at me at the same time but I didn't look at her I looked at mom even i heard her loud and clear. I don't know why I do that. Rob looked at me and Vee like he was thinking of something then he said.
" yeah Ms. U I could take care of him you should go " he looked at her face. Then mom looked at me then she said " okey, you guys win I'll go but make sure jay doesn't do anything crazy " she pointed at me while she was talking. She continued " bye guy, have fun " she waved her hand and she walk away. Then the sit down beside me and look at me and I say " this is how we spend the second day of our friendship.... in hospital! " they laughed. I continued " I don't why but when I first day I know you guys I felt like I could trust you guys.............. I felt like we were meant to be friends " I Smiled.
" me too " Rob said.
" me too " Vee said. And they were holding my hands. Then I say " I'm hungry "
" you got it " Rob said and he walk outside to find me something to eat.
" how long do I need to stay here " I asked Vee.
" a few days? I don't know " Vee said.
" you can't stay here " I said to Vee without looking at her face.
" what?.........why? " she asked.
" you need to go to school I'm okey now don't waste you time you have something else to do ......... I'm okey " I answered.
" waste my time ? On what ? stay here for a few days take care of best friend ? Tell me jay, what ? " Vee said.
" huh ...... friends " I said it quietly.
" what's got in to you? why are you acting like this ?" She said. She seem pretty upset that I don't want her here.
I didn't answered her question we sitting there didn't talk for a long time until Rob came back.
" hey.........guys " he looked at us. I think he know what happened because he saw our faces. And he continued " I got KFC " then Vee pulled a small table under the bed and she put it on me.
While we were eating Rob asked " what happen before I was here ? " me and Vee looked at each other.
" our friend here" she looked at me a bit and continued " doesn't want me here " Rob looked me " jay" he said in a high note.
" okey, all I'm saying you should go I'm okey now " I said then we stopped talking for a while then I asked " can anyone feed me? my hand hurts " then Vee came near me and give her chicken instead. She already make it in to pieces for me. And she taking my chicken instead. Rob saw and he said " see ? You need her " he pointed at Vee and she smile at me.
" whatever " I said.
" yesssss, I'm staying " Vee said she seem so excited. While I was eating Rob look at my hand and he said " dude, those bruises are bad ass " and I said " oh where that guy from last night ? " then suddenly a police men have black came in.
" hi my name is David, are you Mr Jone " he asked and looked at me.
" yes " I said.
" I'm here to talk about last night " he said.
" Where is he ? Did you caught him ? " I asked.
" caught him ? Yes " he said. I have such a relived so I that mean I didn't sacrifice my computer for nothing. He continued " where is he?....... he's here sleep next door he almost died "
" what? " rob said whit a laugh a bit but he stopped when David look at him.
" he still asleep? " i asked.
" yes......" David said then he looked at Rob and said " you nailed him good last night " David said with a laugh.
" yeah I did " I said and I showed him my bruises. And he make a surprise face and then he asked me about what happened last evening and I told him everything I know.
20 minutes later...........
"Thank you Mr Jone for the answer and I better go now, good day" David said then he walk away.
" well , that not boring at all " Vee said and we laughed.
" dude last night you're cried just because of your computer " Rob said with laughed.
" that's not just a computer " they looked at me and I continued " it a gift from my dad, it the last thing that my dad ever got for me " I said.
" he's too? " Rob asked.
" yes, on the same day as my sister actually " I said and Vee came closed to me and said " I'm so sorry " I said " me too" then the nurse came in and said " it appears that your results is great you can go home now " then rob take me home.
While we were packing Vee said " I thought I get skipped school tomorrow " we looked at each other and then we laughed.
