Sophies POV

I've only known James for less than a week, but somethings pushing me to say yes. I really want to say yes. But is this the right thing to do?

"You... you what? You want me to be your girlfriend?"

"Well.... yeah"

"James. I have only known you for under a week, but honestly..."

I see him give a quite sigh of disappointment.

"It's ok Sophie... you don't have to be I understand..."

"James, I would love to be your girlfriend." I look at him willingly.

"R-really?"

"Of course. I really like you James."

"I really like you two Sophie."

"Now drink your tea it's gonna get cold."

"Alright mum." He looks at me with a cheesy smile on his face then takes a sip of his tea, his eyes still glued to me. I love his eyes. They're beautiful, and they shine.

He takes the mug away from his mouth still staring at me questionably.

"Um... is everything ok?" He says sarcastically.

"Have I ever said that you have really pretty eyes?"

"Yes. Anyways, pretty is for girls, there must be a more manly way to describe my eyes." He puts his mug down and pulls me into him putting his arms around my waist.

"Can you think of a better word?"

He puts a finger on his chin and looks up, as really smart people do when their thinking. I clearly realise that he can't come up with a better way to describe them. He then looks down at me again and we both know he's got nothing. He then leans in a gives me a small kiss. Every time I kiss him it's magical, butterflies enter my stomach and fly around like crazy. Once he pulls away, he says

"So what are we going to be doing today, girlfriend?"

"Just because I'm your girlfriend now doesn't mean you have to call me 'girlfriend'. I still have a real name you know."

"Ok, how about G.F for short?"

"That's still girlfriend James."

"Geee I didn't know that."

"Well I don't know you well enough so for all I know you didn't."

He smiles then kisses me again. Here come the butterflies. It's only a quick kiss though. I pull away, smile and say

"Ok. How about this, you call me G.F, I'll call you 'J'?"

"Why don't you call me B.F though?"

"Because that would be to original and cheesy."

"Really? That's the original part?"

"Yep."

We both smile at each other then head over to the sofa, sit down and turn on the telly.
