The way from the Ice Cavern was mainly uneventful except for the friendly monsters they encountered. Tessa tossed them several ore and even got to pet them. She was even allowed a chance to cure the hide into leather when they made it to the gate, "We got turned around," Zidane frowned, "We can't get through here, we don't have a gate pass."

"We can at least buy more medicine," Meadow suggested, "We're almost out." She pulled out a single ether and two potions for example.

"Right. I almost forgot."

"What're you doing Tessa?" Vivi asked.

"Lailah's showing me how to use that stuff from the animals. You wanna learn too?"

"Um, okay," he knelt beside them as Lailah instructed them.

"Who doth go there?"

"Uh, we'd like to buy some medicine," Zidane said.

"Verily! If it be soothing ointments thou shalt need, I, Sir Percival, are thy man!"

"Uh, thanks..."

"Do you like to go to Ren Festivals?" Kailynn joked.

Meadow smacked Kailynn's side in a warning, "Shush!"

"What doth be the festivals of Ren? A fair maiden doth she be?" he opened up a slat to reveal a very pimply curly haired ginger. The older sister's busted up laughing.

"Sure she is, dude! Sure!" Kailynn laughed.

He frowned embarrassed, "Why dost thou laugh?"

"This is nonsense! Sir Percival, we should like to purchase your wares," Steiner pushed the girls out of the way. After Steiner overpaid, in Zidane's opinion, for the goods, the party took off to Dali. The first building on their trip was a homey little cottage on a hill overlooking a cliff. After knocking they heard shuffling inside, "Hello?" A feeble looking old man came to the door. "Greetings sir, may we rest here for some time?"

"I don't mind. Come on in. Would you like some coffee?"

"Well, thank you."

"I'm Morrid by the way."

After introducing the party Zidane relaxed against the wall. "How long have you lived at this residence Mr. Morrid?" Steiner asked.

"Ah, all my life..."

The two talked long about their lives and the weather while Zidane stood there thinking. "Are you okay Zidane?" Tessa asked.

"Hmm? Oh, yeah... I guess I'm fine... Was just thinking..."

"About what?"

He examined her before looking to the miniature theater ship. "Many things..."

"That ship looks really cool," she agreed.

"My friend had one... I wonder if it went down with the ship."

"It's a mini-Brahne. One of a rare set of model ships," Morrid said. "I'll give it to you if you bring me some good coffee."

"Really!?" Zidane asked.

"Yep, I've always wanted to try Burman, Kirman, and Mocha coffee at least once in my life. If you can find those three and give them to me she's all yours. I'm just dying for a good cup of java..."

"I know what you mean," Meadow said taking a sip. "This is the first cup of coffee I've had in a few days. I thought I was gonna go crazy!"

"Tragedy..." Morrid shook his head before sipping, "I'd give you some grounds, but I'm almost out at the moment. You can buy some in town though."
