Grace stumbled up the stairs to her room and quickly got ready. She changed her clothes first into a blue crop top and black high-waisted jeans along with some light blue vans. She then went to her bathroom to do a light make-up which consisted of a natural lip color and winged eyeliner that lined her hazel eyes, she didn't cover up her freckles this time like she normally did. She put her fawn colored hair into a fishtail and smiled at her reflection. "Okie-dokie! Ready to go to the coast and go boat riding!"
She grabbed her tan backpack that had all the essentials then ran downstairs. "Bye, Mom! I'm off to the coast!" Her mom just waved. Grace groaned at her response then ran outside and hopped on her bike. She made her way down to the coast.

Grace stood at the water line next to a tall guy who had super curly red hair, brown eyes, tons of freckles and black rimmed glasses. He wore a black hat to go a long with his glasses. They were standing next to their boat that had a girl who had a cigarette in her hand who leaned over the side of the boat and yelled out at them; "We don't have all day slow pokes! Get on board!" Grace looked at her. "Oh, right! Sorry, we got a bit distracted...c'mon Arthur." Grace and Arthur got on the boat a long with their friend, Belaire. Or they like to call her 'Bee.' Belaire had dyed white hair that faded to light pink. She had snakebite piercings under her lip and she had blue eyes, she always wore a grey beanie, a red plaid shirt over a black nirvanna shirt that was tucked into high waisted black jeans and she wore black hightops. She wore black rings on all fingers, some fingers had one on them and others had three.
Arthur just wore nerdy stuff like he did that day that they set sail to the ocean. As they headed off Grace was sitting on the edge of the sail boat when she noticed something....a lighthouse. She didn't think much of it. She looked to her friends, Bee was steering the thing as Arthur took pictures of the ocean and birds that flew by. The relaxing cruise shortly ended once the sun was going down and they were headed back to shore.
They soon made it to the shore and anchored the sailboat down to stay by the shore and not float off. Arthur was the first to try to leave but Grace stopped him. "Hey! Arthur wait, i want you guys to come with me to check something out..." Arthur stopped. "O-Oh...um....alright. I guess i can be late for you..." Grace glanced at him as she looked off in the distance to where she was the lighthouse. Belaire walked over to her and stood next to Grace and looked to the direction Grace was looking. "So, what are we looking for?"
Grace; "A lighthouse."
Belaire; "A what?"
Arthur; "Grace...there is no lighthouse over here."
Grace; "I swear i saw one! I promise!"
Grace started running to the direction she was, they couldn't see if there was a lighthouse because the black rock was covering the way. Arthur followed her without hesitation. Belaire sighed and called after them. "There is no way past that mountain!" Grace yelled back at her. "I'll find a way!" Belaire groaned. "What am I getting myself into..." She ran after her friends.
