I grabbed the door handle and opened the door.

A tall figured with chestnut curly hair and two sparkling green eyes was staring right at me.

"Hi". He said with a puzzled face.

"Hi." What was going on? "What are you doing here, Harry?" I asked confused. He was the last person I expected to show up without noticed after how he had behaved with me. He talks and laughs with me one moment and the other ignores me.

"I- Well- I." He ruffled his curls, hands through them. "Are you still with Niall?" He looked nervous.

"Uh, no. He drove me home and left. I think you should've called him or went to his house if you wanted to talk with him." I suggested.

"No, I don't want to talk with Niall. That isn't why I came here. Ugh, why is this getting so hard."

I looked at him confused. This wasn't the cheeky and charming Harry. He was nervous and shy.

"Do you want to come in?" I wasn't going to torture him waiting to say whatever thing that he was going to say but couldn't.

Harry looked at me and smile widely. He was relieved. I liked this side of him, maybe this was the real Harry. The side that media, and maybe people sometimes, didn't get to see or know.

I offered him something to drink. We sat at the kitchen table and start talking. We had such great time together. But I couldn't understand why he acted so weird sometimes with me. Maybe I should ask him.

"Harry?" I said.

"Yes, smurf?" He said smiling.

"Uh... Why did you act so weird with me today? I mean we were getting along really well and all of sudden you ignored me. And now you are here. And yesterday it was the same. I don't know if I did something wrong or-"

"You didn't." Harry said cutting me off. "I'm sorry if I made you feel like that. I can't even explain it myself. I don't know why I acted like this. I never have." He confessed.

We stayed quiet for a few minutes. I didn't know what to say or do. And I think neither did Harry. I just wanted to know why he acts like this. My thoughts were interrupted by him speaking.

"I like you." Harry said finally.

I look at him confused and didn't believe what he just said to me.

"I mean, I would love to keep knowing you. I want to. I think I might have felt a little jealous about Niall talking with you. He told us he would love to have a Latin girlfriend and he'll use all of his charming Spanish speaking skills to get you so I-" Harry confessed me before I cut him off.

"I know. Today he told me he would love to take me on a date. I said I could only be friends with him and that's the reason I said yes when he invited me for lunch. I love Niall but I couldn't go on a date with him knowing my best friend loves him." I said smiling at him. I knew he was having a hard time telling me this.

"So you're just friends now?" He asked me without hiding his smile.

"Yes, like we are." I smiled back.

"But what if I wanted to be more than friends later?" Harry asked.

Was he being serious? Nah. He's probably joking. "Yeah sure. We'll end up dating." I joked and laughed. "Wanna watch TV? I think they're going to play some movies that seem good." We sat on my couch and started zapping through the channels.

We found a pretty good movie. Can't remember the name though.

"I'm serious." Harry said all of sudden.

"Serious about what, curly chops?" I asked.

"About me wanted to be more than friends later."

"Why would you want to be more than friends later if you can have the most beautiful girls instead of me? Don't be silly, Harry."

"No! You don't be silly!" He said angry. "You need to stop putting yourself down and realize how beautiful you are! Why don't you see what me and everyone else see!? Just give me the chance and I'll show you. I know we hardly know each other but I feel like we've known each other since forever. And I know you feel it too, Belle."

I didn't know what to say. I was taken aback by his reaction. I couldn't believe Harry was saying this to me. What if he then realizes I was right and I'm not good enough for him? But what if this actually works?

"Ok. Let's try and see what happens." I said finally.

Harry's face lighten up and he hugged me. "You won't regret it Belle. I'll take you out and we'll have a great time."

"Ok, you need to know something first. I have never had a boyfriend or someone who took me out on dates so I don't really know how this works, ok? Well maybe I had a few boys who liked me but I never had anything with them. And I-"

"Don't worry Belle. Just let things flow naturally." He said in a sweet tone. "I won't push you to do something you don't want. I know your first kiss is important and your first time too."

I just smiled at him. I got closer and put my head on his shoulder. I didn't know where I got the courage to do it but I kissed him. On the cheek, of course.

We continued watching the movie. I wasn't paying attention really. All I could think about was how near Harry and I were, how he had his hand on my waist while hugging me.

I began to feel my eyes heavy and everything went black.

Harry's POV

It felt really nice having Belle so closed. Maybe I should ask her out, we could go out tomorrow. It was Saturday and both of us have the weekend off. The boys and I planned a party tomorrow night; we could go together after we go out.

"Smurf? Would you like to go out tomorrow and then to a party the boys and I planned?" I asked her.

She didn't answer.

"Belle?" I looked down at her and she was asleep. She must have been really tired and I came here because I wanted to see her. Niall asking her out opened my eyes. I couldn't let this chance slip away.

I carried Belle 'princess style' to her bedroom. I laid her down on the bed and tucked her in. Before I left I kissed her gently on her cheek. I would text her tomorrow morning to ask her out.

"Sweet dreams, smurf."

I walked out of her flat and headed home. This was an amazing Friday night. This could be the start of something great. I knew it.
