Darkness (Denis X Corl)

Chapter 4

Corl's POV:

I see Alex....in a pool of blood. Denis and I kneel down and pick him...Me and Denis run to the hospital and tell the nurse what happened. Alex is in a room now and me and Denis are waiting for us to come in. I look over at Denis....He looks devastated...I hug him. "Denis...It's okay to cry..." I say to Denis running my hand through his hair. I see tears rolling down Denis's face. A tear escapes my eye too... Denis hugs me tighter. "Corl....I'm scared.." Said Denis looking at me. "Me too..." I reply. I stare into his chocolate colored eyes and Denis stares into my blue eyes. We both lean in as our lips touched. We kissed for about like it seemed forever. I pull away for air. I blush a little and smile. He smiles too. " Cork......I love you...." Said Denis blushing. I love when Denis calls me Cork. "I-I love you too..." I replied as the nurse came out. Me and Denis came running over to the nurse."Is Alex okay??!" Me and Denis blurt out. "I am afraid to say....He might not make... There is a 10% chance he will make it..." Says the nurse looking down at the floor. Denis starts to break down. I start crying too. I kneel down and wipe the tears on Denis's face with my thumb. I wipe away my tears too. "C-C-Can we at least see him??" Shuttered Denis. I see he is holding back his tears bravely. "Yes you may.." Says the nurse moving out of the doorway. Me and Denis she Alex hooked up to wires and cords. I start to have a Flashback....

~~~~Flashback~~~~

"Hey Dad...." I say to my Dad hooked up to wires and cords. "H-H-H-Hey S-Son....." Shuttered my dad with a weak smile. "Can you come home now?" I ask. "I'm sorry....I can't..." Says my Dad as a something starts beeping. A nurse comes running in and says that I need to leave. "B-But..." I say to the nurse. "My daddy.." I say starting to cry. The nurse holds my hand and walks me out off the room. I refuse. " DADDY!!!" I say crying trying to walk back to the room. I some how fall and faint.

I start to break down. Denis hugs me. "Hey...It's okay...." He says in his sweet voice. I feel....safe. I stop crying. Denis wipes my tears away with his soft thumb. I stand up and walk over to where Alex is laying down. Denis walks over to me and holds my hand. I smile. I hug Alex lightly. "C'mon Alex...You can fight through this...I just know it." I say tears escaping my eyes.I wipe them away before Denis could. " Umm...Sorry to interrupt but...visiting time is over..." Says the nurse looking at us. "Oh...okay" Me and Denis say. " Well bye!" Says the nurse as we walk out. I hold hands with Denis as we walk out of the hospital. I forgot....We ran here. "Oh yeah...We ran here...." Says Denis. "Yep" I say. "Well might as well walk home together" Says Denis as he smiles. I smile too.
