Let's be honest here, I am in no way or possibility going to be nice about Liam joining this organization.

How would he even fit in there? Surely, he's a gorgeous guy, but he's too nice to be turned into some party animal idiot. Maybe I'll just keep him busy with studying, so that he can forget about it or something.

As these thoughts ran through my head, I didn't realize my calculus classroom was almost empty, my friends Fatima and Bart waiting for me by the door. Quickly, I shoved my notebook into my bag and began marching over to the couple.

"Soph, you alright?" Fatima asked, as she looked at my frowning expression. She was a sweetheart, always caring for everyone. No wonder Bart was crushing on her so badly.

I smiled at her. "I'm alright, it's just...it still annoys me that Liam is even thinking of joining that abomination of a club."

Both Bart and Fatima rolled their eyes.

"Drop it, Sophie," Bart said, slinging his arm over Fatima's shoulders and mine. I saw her blush a little. "You can't just make someone do something only because you don't like what he or she is doing. That's tyranny."

I raised my brow at my friend's smart mouthing, otherwise saying nothing.

"Alright, I'm going to go meet him now. I'll see you guys tomorrow," I said as I waved them farewell and headed for the bridge.

Augustus College was a small college stuck in the Upper East Side in Manhattan. I and a few other thousand unfortunate souls have to go there. Not that it's bad. No, I promise it's not. My problem: Clubs. I'm not antisocial, but there is something about organizations in this college that always felt iffy to me.

This was my third year in college. So far, two of my friends got sucked into the vortex I call fraternity.

Fantastic.

My friend Will had joined the fraternity last year, but left due to the fact that the school always screwed with his financial aid. I was upset for a really long time, not only because of his absence, but also for the fact that he left me to fend for myself. I'm not an introvert, but I always have reservations on whom to be friends with and keep to myself.

Blame my mother and her teachings.

Spotting the now familiar dirty blond head, I made my way towards him. Except, he was not alone. A couple of familiar boys stood beside him as he casually leaned against the railing beside a glass wall.

I stopped in my tracks and just as I was about to turn back and run, Liam's brown eyes caught my tiny form and he grinned, waving me over.

"Sophie, come over here!" He called. The two boys beside him turned to look at me with curiosity.

Smiling tightly and ignoring the smirk that grew on one of the boy's lips, I walked over to Liam and gave him a hug. I was a hugger and a sucker for tall people hugs. Plus, he always smelled really good.

"Guys," Liam gestured from me and to them. "This is Sophie. Soph, these are my big brothers, Louis and Harry."

I glanced up at Louis, noticing how adorable his smile was as he shook my hand in a gentlemanly way and how his blue eyes shone. Not only that, but how fascinating his tattoos were. I briefly looked at the second boy, fully knowing him and his reputation.

But, I had to be nice, for Liam. Trying as hard as I could not to scowl, I gave the second frat boy an indifferent look. His green eyes were amused and sinister as they glinted and looked me over. I couldn't help but glare.

The nerve...

"Aren't you happy to see me," he smirked, noticing my growing uneasiness and a scowl that was about to show. Of course he would, he noticed everything about me.
