That is the warning poster that is now going around online and from city to city. Only any normal human being knows what kind of hunting season is truly going on.
What is truly happening is simple. Mistresses, vigilantes, and Fems alike all gather together in one fell swoop to sweep countries for 30 days non-stop to hunt for and kill (or claim) servants, hybrid servants, and pets.
Warning to owners of servants and pets, please make sure that your claim is legally set and your servants/Pets are marked accordingly to clarify ownership. Otherwise, what you own becomes free game to anyone else willing to follow the rules.
