As said in the title, this is a place made before its time. Created by the unbelievable mind of Anubis (also played by Izuru-_-Kamukura ), it's an area hidden within mountains. It's not at first visible. And again, realism is questioned huh?
When you have nothing but time on your hands like Anubis, and his unbelievable mind, you'd be surprised what happens. If you are here, then you're clearly here because of excitement. And the fact that Anubis is supposed to help strategize and combat against the Non-human race soon to come.
This takes a different approach and makes one wonder if female dominance is still key. That is, however, where the Feminizer force comes in. Their job involves t as taking down male leaders. For now though, no sign of them.
