"Alpha Lucius, we have a letter addressed to you from the Furies, what do you want me to do with it?"
"Thank you, Beta Grant, just leave the letter in my office." Elaine told Charles, the Beta.
"Hello, Luna."
"Charles, how is Ingrid doing?"
"She's doing great, Luna. Excuse me Alpha and Luna, but I have to fulfil my pack duties."
"Sure, Charles. I hope you have a wonderful day."
"You too, Luna." He smiled and left Elaine and I alone.
It had been 3 years since I ran from the Furies, and it was time to go back and have a little fun...but first, let's read this letter sent by them.
"You coming?" Elaine asked me with a smile.
"Of course I am." He chuckles, and walks over to me and wraps his arms around my thighs and picks me up.
"I can walk, you know." I remarked, with a giggle.
"Oh, I know. I didn't want my darling Crimson Rose to waste her energy on futile little things." He kissed my forehead, and I leaned a little forward in his arms to peck his lips. Elaine and I were official mates - we'd marked each other, and mated.
He sat on his chair, with me still in his arms and started reading the letter aloud.
Dear Alpha Lucius of the Lucius Pack,
I, Alpha Moon of the Furies pack, an writing this letter to you because we are in dire need of your help.
The famous and most powerful rogue pack, the Links, have threatened to attack my pack. A witch in my pack has shown me the consequences of this attack, and to prevent those consequences, my pack and I need your help.
We would like your pack to train us for the attack, and even fight with us, if that's not too much to ask. We hope you agree to help us.

Oh Cade, what have you gotten yourself into.
"Well Ellie, I think it's time for me to make my grand entrance back to the Furies pack," I smirked, and he grinned looking at my smirk, "Oh baby, they don't even know who they're inviting over." We started laughing our asses off until we couldn't breathe and I gave him a smile before getting off his lap.
"Time to go pack." He frowned and pulled me back into his lap. "There's plenty of time to do that, let's go on a date." He said, making me grin and jump in his lap in excitement. He chuckled at my excitement, and let me get off his lap and just as I had walked out the door, he shouted, "WEAR SOMETHING COMFORTABLE!"
I headed to our room and tried to find something comfortable to wear for my date. I finally settled on a pair of tie-up blue and white striped pants with a white cami and put on a layered necklace to make the outfit a little more dressy before sitting on the bed to tie up my Vans.

As I was brushing my hair, I heard a knock on the door, and by the amazing smell, I could tell it was my lovely mate. He walked in, with his hands stuffed into his pockets and stood behind me as I brushed my hair in front of the mirror.
"May I?" Without waiting for an answer, he took the hair brush from me and gently started to brush my hair. When he was done, he kept it back in its place and went to stand behind me again.
Elaine's arms wrapped around my waist, where my cami had tugged up, "My beautiful Crimson Rose." I could feel his stubble on my shoulder as his head moved and I felt his lips graze my neck, reaching where his mark lay.
He placed a soft kiss on my mark, making me moan faintly, "Let's not go." I whispered in his ear, finally turning around to face him. Elaine laughed, making me pout, "Come on, my love, we can continue this when we're back. I promise." He kissed my still pouted lips, and helped me slip on my long fluffy jacket before taking my hand and gently pulling me outside our room.

The sunlight grazed my closed eyelids and my hands reached up to shield them. My eyes flickered open slowly and instantly went to my mate's sleeping figure. I started smiling like a fool, it had been three years, and I still wasn't used to waking up either beside, on or with him.
As promised, we had continued where we had left off yesterday when we had to leave for our date. "Is there a reason for why you're staring at me like that?" Elaine's voice shook me out of my thoughts, and smiling, I climbed over him making him widen his eyes slightly.
I cupped his cheeks with my hands and placed soft kisses everywhere but his lips making him growl softly and me smirk in my mind. "Lips. Now." Oh Ellie, that's not what I have in mind.
I brought my lips closer to his and his eyes closed out of instinct, but when I was less than a centimetre close, I kissed the corner of his lips and quickly got off of him.
His eyes opened with a snap as I ran across the other side of the room, butt naked. He got off the bed and slowly started making his way to me, but just as he got too close, I ran to the bathroom, but just as I was about to shut the door, I wiggled my butt a little for him and locked the door.
He growled loudly, and banged on the door, "CRIMSON VIVIANA MOON. YOU BETTER OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT FUCKING NOW OR I WILL BREAK IT." I didn't think he would actually break the door. But he did. He stormed towards me and in less than a second, had me backed up towards the bathroom wall.
"You think you can tease me and get away with it?" He whispered near my neck, sounding almost out of breath but I think all know that it wasn't because of his physical health.
"Almost did," I grinned happily, this was progress - I've never been able to make it this far.
"It's my turn now, darling." He smirked and I shrugged before throwing myself on him and kissing him with every ounce of love in my heart.

Umm...hi? I'm sure you don't even remember me or this book because I haven't updated in more than a fricking year. Writer's block sucks. I finally finished this chapter, it has been in the works for a long time but I just never found it in myself to complete it and then publish it for you guys.
