Chuck really hadn't been a huge role in Cas'schildhood , he would stop in every now and again for certain milestones , butnever really stayed. Gabriel had been more of a father figure than Chuck."Hello son , you're here so we can talk." , Chuck said in a stern voice as heflipped through papers and then looked back at his son. "Why would you want totalk to me , after all I disobeyed you. I was probably the worst of yourson's." , "Stop telling me thing that will make me regret what I'm about to do.I'm gonna send you back to earth-" , "Really!? I can see Dean again , oh myword thank you dad!" , grown Cas is running around making no sense when Chuckcuts him off. "But you'd be human and not remember the Winchesters...I'm that'sthe only way I'm willing to send you back. I've fixed you too many times , it'sin your best interest to take the offer.".
