Chapter 3 - Back At It

Cas has accepted the deal from his father , he has just reappeared in a hospital near the Winchesters motel room.

As Cas wakes up the nurses prepare him for discharge , Cas is now walking out of the hospital and walking toward the bus station so he can head to the closest motel , being the one Sam and Dean are staying at. The nurses told Cas that he had attempted suicide , which was not the case , but Cas would never now that.

          "Dean . call me crazy but I think Cas is walking up to the motel." , Sam is looking out of their room window looking at the figure that appears to look like Cas. "Sam that isn't funny , you know he's dead and not coming back , you of all people should know that , you're the one who burned his body." , Dean said from the bathroom floor , he was still pretty upset over Cas's passing , "Dean , I'm serious , I think it's Cas. He is walking over to the check in , come on lets go check it out. Please , you haven't moved from that spot since we got here. Please Dean , for me." , Dean gets up and changes his clothes and grabs his jacket. "Sam if this was all just a sick joke , I will beat your ass , I don't care that you're my brother , no one will mock his death , am I understood?", Sam nodes his head as they walk out of the motel room.

As Cas walk up to the motel check in , two men walk toward him. The men seem to be around the age of forty , they also look a little scary. The shorter of the two runs up and practically tackle Cas. Cas punches the man and scoots backwards , "Who are you people? I don't know you." .
