Chapter 8

❤️Evelyn's P.O.V❤️
I got dressed with my cheerleading  uniform and went out in the field. "Hey girls..ready?" , I say and they just look at me in disgust because I had hanged out with the Isle kids. I don't care. "Lets start practice ladies and Evelyn you should just keep your mouth shut, ok", Audrey said rudely and we started to practice. As I saw Ben, Jay and Carlos try-out I scream their names, "GO CARLOS!!! GO JAY!!! GO BRO!!". The other cheerleaders look at me like im crazy. "Have something to say?...say it to my face", I said and no one spoke.

🐾Carlos P.O.V🐾
I was in the field TOTALY CLUELESS. I don't know how to play this game and since im not athletic I hopefully will not get in the team. Jay is crushing them by himself. That boy needs to learn that its not ALL about only him. "GO CARLOS!!! GO JAY!!! GO BRO!!", I heard Evelyn's voice, so I turned around and I saw he screaming and trying to cheer us up. 'DAMN' she look hot in her cheerleading uniform. All of the girls looked at her like they would do to us!! That is just f*cked up.

I am blushing and then I heard Coach calling me and Jay. We go to him and looks at Jay saying,"What do you call that?!". Jay thought he was going to yell at him and then Coach continued, "I call that raw talent. Come find me later and I will show you something you haven't seen before".He took out a book from his pocket and handed it to Jay saying, "Its called a rulebook. Welcome to the team son!". Then Coach looked at me and said,"You...never thought of joining band?". I looked down then I felt someones hand in my shoulder and looked up and saw Ben then he smiled and told Coach, "I will work with him Coach". Coach looked at Ben and me, but then nodded.

"Thanks Ben", I say. "No problem Carlos...look Evelyn is coming", Ben said then pointing at a Evelyn that just looks hot. "Good job Ben and Carlos", she says and I just blush then said laughing," Did you see me I was horrible...". We all laughed then Ben said," Evelyn can you come by this afternoon to help me train Carlos?". "Sure Ben and I was the one that taught you all you know", Evelyn said and I am confused. "Great", I say still confused.

❤️Evelyn's P.O.V❤️
I think Carlos is confused so im going to clarify. "Confused?", I ask Carlos and he looks at me with a 'how did you know?' face. "Yup", he said popping the 'p'. "Let me explain", Ben says and I nod. "Ok so Evelyn was in the team and she was the 'BEST' player, but then her mom got her off the team because it is only a 'boys' game", Ben said and Carlos said, "Wow...you were the best player?". "Yup, but since my mom took me out I am just the one that plans the games", I say and he nodded. "Well see ya'll later guys", Ben said as he leaves.

Im left with Carlos and he just looks sooo cute in his uniform. "So what class do you have next?", I ask him and he said," I have science and you?". Wow I have science with him!! "What a coincidence I have science too", I say blushing. "Well I better go change. Im so sweaty and ugly...", I say and Carlos giggles and I look at him confused. "What did I say?", I said and he responds, "Evelyn you never look ugly". That makes me blush like crazy and then I punch him lightly in the shoulder. And we both laugh. I see Chad coming and I get near Carlos and he looks confused. He turns around and sees Chad and pulls me closer. His arm is around my waist...I feel protected.

🐾Carlos P.O.V🐾
I saw Chad coming and I got Evelyn close to me and then put my hand around her waist. I see her face and she is smiling. I am not going to let that Jerk Charming hurt her. "Hey guys how is everything?", Chad says looking at Evelyn. "We were good until SOMEONE appeared", Evelyn said. 'DAM' she is tough. "I know right we were good until all of these people appeared", Chad said pointing at me. "I am talking about you Chad", Evelyn said rolling her eyes. "Chad just leave!", I said with an angry tone. "What are you going to do about it...huh?", Chad said as he got in my face.

I was getting my fist ready. "STOP!", Evelyn yelled and she separated me and Chad. "Chad just leave and get one thing clears I AM HAPPY WITHOUT YOU!! HAPPIER THAN I EVER WAS!!", she said angrily almost yelling. "I know you miss me Evelyn... an-", Chad starts saying and then Evelyn cuts him off by saying, " I miss you??...YOU are the one that doesn't let me alone. Im happy Chad. IM HAPPY WITHOUT YOU...UNLIKE YOU I AM HAPPY AND DONT NEEED YOU". I smile. Im thinking about Evelyn's words. What did Chad do to Evelyn? I am getting MAD at Chad. Why?...Carlos a princess like her won't like you. I bet she only likes you as a friend.

❤️Evelyn's P.O.V❤️
I miss him?...Oh no im happy with myself...and Carlos....Well...at least Chad knows that I don't miss him AT ALL. "Whatever", Chad says and walks away. There is Carlos and me alone. I felt like crying because of Chad and I did. Then ran off to the lockers not wanting to turn around. I couldn't stop thinking about my words. Chad ALWAYS ruins EVERYTHING!!...Carlos was there to protect me...Carlos doesn't like me...Or does he? I bet its just like a friend man I feel so stupid. And I have him next class. I will talk to him.

🐾Carlos P.O.V🐾
Chad left and I was happy. I wanted to talk to Evelyn so I turned around. Evelyn started to cry and I was going to hug her when she ran. I wanted to follow her but she went into the girl's locker room and I went to the boy's locker room to change. I was done changing...then someone pushed me into the locker. My face was in the locker and then I turn and release myself. I saw...Chad. Who else? "JERK YOU MADE EVELYN CRY!!", I yell at Chad. "If you weren't here Evelyn and me will be together!!", Chad yelled back.

Wait did Evelyn and Chad go out?! "She doesn't like you Chad!", I yell. "Maybe she doesn't, but what makes you think she likes you?", Chad said. A princess like her will never like someone like me. Im a villain. I don't get love. I feel like with Evelyn everything fun and easy. "Im going to tell you 1 thing VILLAN...Evelyn will NEVER fall for a villain like YOU!!", Chad said.

My blood boiled and I couldn't resist no more. I took a swing at him. I punched his face and he fell to the floor. "I will get you back De Vil", Chad said as some of his friends helped him up and took him away. I HATE CHAD!! What if Chad is right?? What is Evelyn doesn't like me? Will she like me? I don't know but im going to see her in the next class so I better get moving.
