It's 4:30 am and me and Hunter are getting ready for our flight back to Arizona.

Im wearing my Magcon hoodie and some comfy leggings with my Cameron Dallas cap because I don't want to dress fancy for a flight.

We said our goodbyes to the other guys at the airport and boarded the plane.

It was only me and Hunter because Brandon, Ashton and Christine (Hunters mum) had gotten a flight a couple of days ago.

On the plane I was sat by the window with Hunter by my side and we were watching mean girls together on my laptop.

My head was resting on his shoulder and our hands were interlocked. We both soon fell asleep but was woken up around an hour later by the pilot saying we had landed.

When we got our bags Christine was gonna pick us up from the airport, and I was gonna spend the night at their house because my mum couldn't pick me up this late at night from the airport because she works late.

"Hunter! Emma!" I heard Ashton shout from a mile away.

"Ash!" Hunter shouts back with excitement.

"Hey guys" I said calmly to them while laughing.

"Hey sweetie" Christine replied.

"Mum... can we get Starbucks?" Hunter begs.

"Hunter I haven't seen you in a week and that's the first thing you say to me?" she laughs. "Of course" she answers.

After we went to Starbucks and caught up on everything we went back to Hunters house to chill and watch a film.

When the film was over we went to bed because it was 1 in the morning and around an hour later something awful happened.

I woke to the sound of Hunter coughing roughly, and when I saw him there was blood everywhere. He was coughing up blood.

"Hunter! Oh my god! Christine!" I shouted.

"I... can't.... breathe" he managed to say to me.

He started to go really pale and soon passed out on the bed.

"Hunter!" I screamed.

Tears ran down my face as I sprinted to his mums room to get help.

When she woke I told her what had happened and she immediately knew by the way I was acting that something was up.

She ran to Hunter's room as I called an ambulance and woke the boys up.

Within minutes the ambulance was here and we all rode in it to the hospital. Hunter was still passed out and wasn't breathing at all.

I just sat there frozen staring at him, crying harder than I'd ever cried before. He didn't deserve this. He was the most perfect boyfriend I could ever had wished for, and now I may never get to tell him that.

When we arrived at the hospital Hunter was rushed off to emergency surgery with around 10 doctors, this was so serious.

We were told to wait in the waiting room for him but it might be over 6 hours until we see him. We didn't mind, as long as he got better.
