Chapter 9

Dakota's P.O.V

Now I know you're probably like 'what happened between Lux and Harry?' Harry got over himself and forgave Callum, now you're also asking 'what point in time is this?' well it's now October this is 7 months later. Throughout these last 7 months I have been in most of the Sidemen's videos and the guys have pretty much asked me to be a part of the group so i said i will be part of the Sidemen so I'm now the first Side-girl, also my eye is fully healed I mean why wouldn't it it was fully healed 4 days after I ran into the fence. I started a youtube channel and its called Da'code'a and all the guys call me Kota now and I'm fine with it, i reached 1 Million subs a lot quicker than i expected because of the guys telling all their fans to sub to me. I still live with Dan and Phil and we make videos all the time and i make a lot of videos this the guys, and of course being a Youtuber you get hate it's a common thing we all go through and trust me i get a lot of hate. Well i'll just get back to the story.

"Hey guys Dakota here and if you could tell by the title I'm taking a little break from youtube for about a week i hope you don't mind but don't worry I will be back I'm not quitting. That's all i really wanted to say in this video so peace" i said a turned off the camera, i edited the short video then uploaded it. It didn't take it to upload then that's when the hate came in

'good a week of not seeing your face is what everyone needs'

'you should just quit i dont see why anyone likes you'

'I dont see what the guys see in you'

'dose this mean you'll be staying away from the guys too?'

'why dont you just go kill yourself'

'please deactivate your channel'

'please leave'

'get out'

'no one likes you'

'you're a disgrace'

'you're a gold digger'

'your parents probably don't love you'

'kill yourself'

I close twitter and ignore all the tweets and went out into town to get some things I need, and of course i ran into some fans but i was not expecting to get told to kill myself and to leave the sidemen in public. Over the next few day that's all i got was hate and comments saying to kill myself and to leave, i go over to the Sidemen house

"Hey Kota what's up?" Simon asked me, i just realized that i've been holding back tears because i just started two cry "wow wow come here what's wrong?" Simon asked pulling me into a hug

"People keep telling me to kill myself and that I need to leave London and that I need to deactivate my channel" i said in between breaths

"Don't listen to them you stay right here in London cause they are probably just jealous" he said

"But Simon it's not just them tweeting my all these comments people see me in public and literally tell me these things people have eve given me bottles of bleach and tell me to drink it. What did i do wrong?" I said and cry harder

"You did nothing wrong they are just jealous because you're a part of the Sidemen and that you spend so much time with us" he said "why dont you stay here tonight with us" I didn't say anything i just nodded.

"Hey guys Dakota's staying the night" he yelled to the others, Simon just held me until i calmed down and wasn't crying anymore.

Simon's P.O.V

I could tell Dakota was upset and confused on what is going on with everyone and why they are doing what they are doing, I also know that she is a strong person so it hurts to see her cry and feel worthless. It broke my heart when she burst into tears when she got here, i know she is taking this personally and i dont blame her I know i would if people were handing me actual bottles for bleach and telling me to kill myself. We went up to my room and i got the pull out sofa foe her then went back down to the lounge to talk to the guys

"Simon what's up with Kota?" JJ asked me

"Well when she got here she burst into tears" I said

"Wait why?" Josh asked

"She was receiving tweets say that she needs to kill herself and that she need to move away from us and leave us alone from a lot of people, she also told me that people were actually handing her bottles of bleach telling her to drink it in public" I said trying not to cry cause i feel so bad for her

"Why would people tell her that she's an amazing person" Vik said

"I don't know but i'm going to see what people have tweeted at her" i said pulling out my phone, the guys gathered around me and read them with me. We saw things like

'you're nothing but wasted space'

'if you killed yourself no one would miss you'

'kill yourself the world dons't need you'

'what do the guys see in you'

'no one want's you here move'

'we all know that you're just using the guys for their money'

'we all know that this 'good girl' attitude is just an act'

'stay away from the guys'

I locked my phone and look at the guys

"Why are people so angry at her?" Vik asked

"I don't know Vik" I said, it was now around 3 am and we all went to bed. I woke up around 11:47 in the morning to see Dakota wasn't in her bed so i went down stairs to see if she was in the kitchen, she wasn't. I checked the lounge, wasn't there. I went to Josh's room to see he was awake

"Hey Josh have you seen Kota?" i asked

"No i haven't why?" he asked me

"Well I can't find her anywhere in the house" i said

"Text her" he said, i grabbed my phone and texted her. I heard her phone go off in my room so i walk to my room, i walked in to see her phone just sitting on my desk. I looked in the bathroom and she wasn't there or at my desk

"Josh she's not here and she left her phone on my desk" I said to him

"Call Dan?" he asked so I did

"Hello Simon" Dan said

"Hey Dan is Dakota at your flat?" I asked

"No the last thing i knew she was at your house why?" he asked

"Well you've seen what was happening on twitter with her right?" i asked him

"Yeah and I hate it" he said "Simon what's going on?"

"Well we cant find her cause she's not here and I know she wouldn't be at the other guy's flat's" I said "also she left her phone on my desk"

"Phil Dakota's missing!" i heard dan yell "we'll be over in 10"

"Ok" i said and hung up, I called the other guys here and we waited for Dan and Phil

"Ok what the hell is going on?" Dan asked

"We have no idea all we know is that people are telling Kota to kill herself and that she needs to move away from us" Tobi said

"Guys what if she left without any one knowing and did actually move?" Harry asked

"Harry you're not helping" Josh said

"Guy we need to find my baby sister" Dan said and he sounded like he was going to cry "before she hurts herself"
