Evangeline's POV
"BEEP BEEP BEEP"
"Where am I?"
I open my eyes to see blurred faces of nurses hovered around my dizzy head. I tried to sit up. I was immediately hit by a wave if throbbing pain in my head. My face felt like it had been whacked with a crowbar. I tilted my body down onto the clean hospital sheets of the bed. my body was achy all over. I stared around at my surrounding. every thing in every direction was crisp, clean, white and mint green. I glanced down at my tanned hands , they were dirty and covered in blood.
I felt so out of place, like I didn't belong.
" Nice to see you finally awake"
the nurse leant over and said with a smirky smile in between ruby red lips. You could tell she was one of those 'sleeps with the patients' nurses.
" How long have I been out for?"
I curiously asked.
"thirteen and a half days, why are you asking?"she replied
"Just wondering."
"Are you expecting any visits from family? Anyone we should call?" asked the nurse
"No." I replied quickly.
"i will come back and check on you shortly."said.
As she left all I whispered was
"He was the last..." before blacking out.

Opening my eyes once again, it's night time. And I'm all alone. Or was. Right next to me is a dimmed white light.
"Wha da fa?" it slowly grew to the shape of a persons body and finally it disappeared leaving behind the figure of a beautiful girl. My age maybe? she had a white lace sundress on, reflective white sunglasses and pearl jewellery complimented by her small mouth, petite figure and almost white-blonde hair.
"Are you okay? did I scare you? I maybe could have turned down the entry. Was it too much?" She babbled on. Her voice sounded like a wind chime in the breeze. Soft and quiet. It sent shivers up my spine.
"Hi? I'm Evangeline. Call me angel?" her eyes widened.
"Oh! did I not introduce myself? silly me." She had a British accent. "My name is Sara Westerfield.
