Hola Bonitas. I don't know whether or not I'm gonna use names for the chapters. It will probably interchange between numbers to names. Anyway, here's a little more information about our characters.
( Genesis POV)
The "bell" finally rang. That sound is the farthest sound from a bell. It's more like a beeeeeep. There is a difference people. Anyway, i finally get to go to study hall. My translation, free period. No one studies in study hall. Even the bookworms are persuaded by their friends to chill out. As long as you don't go overboard. Me with my personality I'm always at the edge. But of course, the teachers LOVE me. It's funny because they never suspect me. When someone I dislikes gets in trouble because I did something is priceless. All I gotta do is put in my most baby voice, "I didn't do it..." and gave the best reason I can think of. It's not like I always act out. Only when I'm pissed off with the teacher or I want to have fun. I walked into the library and found my friend, Nelly. She was sitting with her boo by the nonfictions section, holding hands and talking about something. I always felt awkward sitting with them. I was/am never considered girlfriend worthy. The guys in my school wanted the short, unattractive hispanics with the cute accents or the tall black girls that have a big bootys, small IQs and big attitudes. Me, myself I'm a HONOR student and I'm above average because I'm a natural. But I'm not the skinniest person. The guys at my school are only intrested in the tall and the skinny. Nell was just one of the lucky ones.Though the guys that do think about the IMPORTANT things are either taken or don't exist. But, a girl can dream. Hopefully there is a guy out there that will find me suitable for a spouse. I walked over to Nelly and sat down. Her eyes shot up then softened.
"Hey girl" she said.
"What up?" I asked. I really didn't feel comfortable here so my voice came out kinda hoarse.
She must've realized my tone and said, "Sweets, do you mind getting me a strawberry lemonade from the vending machine," she asked Marco, "I'm parched." He nodded and got up without forgetting to plant a kiss on her cheek, causing Nelly to blush. He looked up towards me and I just gave him a small smile and wave. He replied the same and walked away.
"What's wrong? You seem down. Is it him again?" she questioned. She knew about my crush on Darrel. She only saw him as a playa. Ergo, she referred to him as... well, him.
"Is it that obvious?" I asked.
"Girl, how many times do I have I have to tell you?" she said with a sassy attitude I love so much. Note the sarcasm please. "You shouldn't let that playa get to you! What on earth do you see in him anyway?!?!"
"Oh how I love that speech." I sarcastically said. "Look we clearly have different views on guys. So..."
"What do you Mean clearly have different views on guys?" she said sounding offended.
"I mean look at your boytoy. He's an immature bastard that's using you and you swear he's gonna be the next "Women's Choice Awards winner!" I exclaimed.
"You know what... Fuck You!" she whispered screamed.
She bumped into Marco, turned to me and kissed him... actually she vacuumed his lips into her mouth. There goes my "best friend"
