Chapter 1

Lila Nixtion

   I woke up to the sound of banging on my wooden door, followed by the muffled voice of the beta Toby. "WAKE UP YOU PIECE OF SHIT!" Those words brought a smile to my face. "I'M UP BETA!" I could hear footsteps fading down the hall. I climbed out of my bed took a quick shower and got dressed. I had on black skinny jeans, a white t-shirt that says in black 'WHAT THE HELL', and my black Converse. I headed to the pack's kitchen, since I lived in the attack it took five minutes to get to. It was five in the morning and I had to make the whole pack breakfast. It took an hour to cook the eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, sausage, grits, and biscuits. I placed everything on the long dining room table with jelly, syrup, peanut butter, butter, milk, coffee, and orange juice on each side of the table. After everything was done I looked at the clock and saw it was five till seven and seven was when everyone showed up. So I made my way to my bag that was at the door and left, 'I did this every morning and no one said thank you. What do I care, they don't faze me.' This thought became a question, but soon it left my mind.

   Ten minutes of walking through woods I saw Dylan standing next to his car as usual, waiting for me. "HEY LUV!" His voice sounded handsome as always, but this isn't a creepy thought cause he's my boyfriend. "HEY!" I had to yell as well cause of our distance, but once I got close enough to him he whispered in my ear, "Did you poison their food yet," his question made my smile widen and I leaned in and whispered to him, "Even if I did we would have two bestfriends dead and we would become rogues." there's my answer, but he knew I didn't care if I became a rogue as long as I had him I would be fine. " BUT..." as he said the word he let out a loud sigh, "We could let them know before hand so they don't eat the food? How about tonight's party for he Alphas son?" Oh ya the party tonight I totally forgot about it. "No Dylan, But it sounds fun." I was laughing a little to hard, but I didn't care. He was smiling at me a little, but told me to get in the car so we can get to school. As soon as I closed the car door we were off, I love his driving he always goes over the speed limit and guess who teached me how to drive. Hehehe. "WE'RE HERE!" Dylan said with a loud sigh, We just sat in his car for a few minutes, before I could get out he locked my door. I turned around to see a smirking Dylan and before I knew it he pulled me to him and kissed me. I have such a happy life and nothing can change that, "Lila?" Dylan pulled away and said to me that if I found my mate it was ok, that I can be with my mate. My smile faded and I looked in his eyes, " I wouldn't be excepted anyways," I said this in a soft whisper. Dylan didn't say anything, he only kissed me again. "and same goes for you" I said to Dylan as I got out of the car. Not waiting for Dylan I walked up towards the school and passed the most amazing smell, dark chocolate and pumpkin, interesting smell but who cares.

   Walking in the school towards my locker, I opened it and put my bag inside and grabbed my history and math book out. Once my books were in my arms, my locker door was slammed shut, but not by my own hands. Turning my head I saw Trina the schools slut and her posy, I let out a sigh. "Do you want to read my fucking shirt or are you to stupid to do that to?" I was on the edge of killing this girl with a evil smile, but all I earned from this bitch was a scoff. "Well look who earned a back bone or did you get some last night?!" her voice was so annoying "HOLLY FUCK!!! I don't know how much Jace can put up with your god damn voice, OH?! wait you always have a fucking dicking down you throat!" I had a smile on my face as I said it and she let out a horrible scream as she left and I broke out laughing. Suddenly I felt someone slap me hard across the face, I was still giggling because it was the one and only.....
